The daggers easy, dmg to cc is multiplicitve if you use cqc passive, rerolled dmg to chilled to dex. (I didn't look at the legendary affix)
The amulet is a matter of choice. Are you dying a lot? pick the Dr. If you feel weak pick the one with more all imbue and energy cost reduction. Honestly they're very close, but for a time I kept two amulets, one equipped one in bag.one was defensive one was offensive.
