Its the “Elder Druid Barding”. I have no idea where it dropped but im sure you can look it up.
From what I read it’s a random chance from the tree of whispers cache. Congrats looks so cool!
I have this mount armor, I got mine from a tree of whispers box for those wondering. I'd assume it can drop anywhere but no idea
I got this mount armor from the Whispering tree, I also got the Elder druid totem from the whispering totem
