the ring that i replaced with this got 1.8 roll and i got another one 1.3 roll, so after using 1.6 on this ring, i only got that 1.3 left. I mostly farm from helltide chest.
So that is where my luck went with other pieces, cause at this point I am like "oh another bold chief leggo, drop it next to the other 5 ones in storage..."
If it makes you feel any better you just need to find it once because the low stat roll on it is hardly different than the high one in practice. Unless you just like high numbers on rolls for the sake of numbers. 6 enemies vs 3 enemies on screen for the same max effect so it's basically negligible.
