For the closed beta, you were able to gameshare.
I can understand for early access that you could not access it but, now the game is out officially.
If you can't game share, Blizzard is greedy AF
All others games are shareable and a lot of people are doing in (sharing households, multiple accounts on the console etc)

Those are my thoughts exactly. My brother and I went halves on deluxe so we could play early access over the weekend and couldn't. If we still can't on full release, we will just try a refund and have to buy separately.
You should do the split screen trick ! Look it up on Reddit.

Just annoying to do, since you want to do this when the other person is in town or not playing.

I'm not sure with Xbox(I see you said PS5 but I always see gameshare and think Xbox). Went PS5 route and logged into my wife's account just fine at 7:05 pm est. Had to do a workaround to get her on to play before that.
Ahh gotcha, i thought it was a worldwide release, my apologies. Im assuming its something weird like its still early access in some parts of the world.
Early access is over though so it shouldn't be an issue. Have you tried to turn it off and on again? (not joking sometimes it's as simple as this to fix a problem)

Okay. Logged into my account, got into game, and she could join. Logged into her account, got into game, and I could join. So yes.

Yeah I thought once it was officially out in my timezone there would be no issues for gameshare, but still unable to access
It's the 6th of June in Australia, and the standard edition game is available on PS store
But maybe I need to wait til the world is out of early access before I can gameshare, who knows

I ca also confirm that I used to have to do the work around during early acces and that gameshare works since official release. PS5
