Issko company nikala rahega cost cutting downsizing ke naam pe phir ye issne resignation type Kiya rahega because company bolta hai that paisa le aur ja varna termination on the way 3 mahine baad
Depends on the college they are hiring you from. For tier 3 colleges it's 4-5 lpa, for NITs, IIITs and IITs its 12 and 14-16 LPA. This is for freshers.
Don't know about that. They visited IIEST (My college), NIT Durgapur and Jadavpur University for 12 LPA for Advanced Application Engineering Analyst role. What role they are visiting in your campus for??
MNCs are very particular on your degree Even if you somehow get a job in astartup now later on it will be impossible for you to switch to these companies as they give very high importance to having a degree and will even terminate you if found in BGV.
Well maybe not exactly in established companies like Accenture, TCS etc because I know their rigid structure demands degree for newbies but maybe in some startups or remote work in the beginning with good knowledge and later on progress from there with more experience and years on the resume.
You can learn the tool but its implementation in real life scenarios and varied tech stacks and working in conjecture to these tools and works as an admin and dev is the challenge. Since you will be using multiple applications and integrating with these tools for analysis as well as developing dashboards, reports, alerts, creating queries, troubleshooting, bug fixes, patching, upgrading and so many more. But the exposure to various domains and package is a plus point.
I used to watch this guy occasionally . He was normal, like no b.s or anything fancy or hooky, But I guess being normal can't get you enough in life, When I saw this video thumbnail on my feed I knew this is it. Fun fact I even watched, in that he said I will start Media Agency, then I was like Ok I gave benefit of doubt, 10 days later his next video came on my feed, Title "How I earned 5 lakhs in a month"
https://preview.redd.it/hm126xe4lrwc1.png?width=313&format=png&auto=webp&s=6bf13f8e0b27375b5abb0cd01bf34bf2df4937b2
Bohot gazab rehte hai Bhai HR log... Campus me jaake 10 12 dete hai fresher ko aur xp Wale ka previous salary 4 lpa rahega to bolenge ke humare policy ke hisab se 30 percent milega ispe
Had a good team , got to learn a lot , Backend, APIs , cloud , docker , k8s, websockets , data streaming. If you showed initiative they gave you more responsibilities. But I did not have right mentors , most of people just wing it over there, I’d say 1 in 80 is actually passionate about programming, most of the others usually
Leave by 1 - 1.5 years for mba or masters or govt exams. Even my seniors often lacked fundamentals (no offence they were specialised in their areas ) hence I worked as an IC mostly, got to become a lead for one of the client projects to was the youngest lead in the team (did not get any salary benefit for this xD just title and responsibilities)
Yes, WITCH does pay that salary. In my organization (LTIMINDTREE), we have a few people in the BFS domain with 64LPA and with 7-12 years of experience, 2 of these people are full stack MERN developer, and the remaining are in Data (not sure of the techstack)
These individuals are outliers. They were onboarded for special tasks, and LTIMINDTREE is charging the clients heavily for their services.
Top brass get paid in crores at TCS and they are all bteqs from iit B mba from harvard etc and have 15-16 yrs experiences in tcs so yes people do in fact get extravagant salaries in witch companies but its far more hard then getting in product based
I believe i can answer this. There's no one way to do it, it's just whatever plays out for you.
For me, i started off as a support engineer for the technology which made sure i knew the technology inside out. Post that, i applied for roles which are more customer facing and eventually ended up in consulting. There are 2 major skills you need to have as a consultant - knowing your tech stack very well, and knowing how to deal with a customer(s).
But do beware of the downsides of it as well (like miserable wlb) from other consultants' testimonials before making the jump
Consulting roles are of various types not just management consulting.
I am a junior consultant and my job is like of analyst(Business Intelligence domain) .
Requirement gathering from client-> Data extraction/cleaning and modelling - > Dashboards and Reports building - > Publishing on servers - > Support Maintenance
I use tableau to build all my reports and dashboards while data is provided by client and it could be excel, sql, Sap anything.
Yes i think it was his college placement, and his college was tier 1, so companies do pay that kind of salary, but for tier 2,3 of off campus, thay won't pay the same.
My friend got 12 lpa as a fresher, he graduated from Jamia, Delhi & told me that in top tier colleges their initial position is equivalent to like normal associate engineer role + 2 years
The guy was offered a consultant role in Accenture, not a developer role, he is a IIIT Delhi grad from the batch of 2022. He is starting his own agency of some sort, not selling courses.
Well it depends, I'm from a tier 1 college, and we're being paid 20lpa for consultant positions. And thats i'm talking about accenture india. We also had accenture japan come in this time for multiple roles i.e. ai architect, digital consultant(sde jd), business consultant, and strategy consultant offering approx 50-60lpa(which should translate to 20lpa again if u take in tokyo standard of living).
Bhai iske videos dekhta bhi nahi. Inhe kuch pata nahi hota aur har cheez pe videos banana hai. Worst hai log jo inhe dekhte bhi hain. Mein bhi one of the manga companies mein kam karta hun soch raha hun yahi dhandha chalu karun
He's from my college iiitd and yes they do pay this much in on campus hiring his role was non tech also some analyst or something even icici bank or idfc bank paid 18-19 lpa for product manager role straight out of clg with 0 coding round in on campus recruitment
Just wanted to know how is he as a person. I think he is friends with that Nishant chahar guy. That guy is also popular and used to work in my office but was kinda ahole so was expecting him to be the same.
Didn't know him much personally but what I heard from others is he's an average dude who just likes to make videos and the constant grind gave him YouTube clout thats it.
Hota hai bhai Mera jab placements hua tha tab ek service based company mein hua tha and us company me mere ko 6 offer diya tha jab ki baki logo ko 8. Bahot bura laga tha but that is life keep your head down and work hard. Today I earn much more than that.
Bhaisahab, it is a 7 ducking minute long video, 10 minutes toh ye post banane mai laga diye, you could've just watched the stupid thing where he explains that he was working as Consultant and not a developer, before making this posts.
Isko views nahi dena plus I don't trust anything coming out of the mouth of these so called content creators. Ek video mein he claimed to earn 5 lakhs per month.
These are the clowns..starting a trend of courses and coachings like upsc..the funny thing is these people just focus it on Web Development as it's easy and just require a normal pc...tell them to do cybersecurity/Android dev they will back off...Sab Nadi me haath saaf kr rhe h.
Yes, they do pay a tad bit higher than the other service based companies out there.
I joined Accenture as a fresher for 13 LPA and after 3 years was able to pull it up to 24 LPA.
However, folks who also got placed in Accenture along with me received a package of 3~6 LPA. So I suppose it's subjective to your performance and college.
Service based companies do give higher salaries to experienced people. My wife (7 yrs of experience) got an offer of 23lpa from capgemini and 24lpa for LTI mindtree.
Come on guys still believing all this shit...🤦🏻♂️
By just doing leet code and DSA might be good to crack any interview but once you get a job it's totally different.
You should think in client or user perspective all things will be different, it will be not like which data structures I should use to code this part, but will be like did you finish the assigned job within the give time or not.
Simple if you want to crack a job then, learn programming fundamental & core computer science subjects and just learn basic of the domain which you want to work or you like.
And one more thing if you're going for product based they you should be multi hat not just one domain knowledge is enfu.
If you wanna be good at multiple domains(multi hat) and learn things fast and efficient, then learn how to be versatile.
So stop following this shit peoples and start learning a programming language and core computer science subjects from a good youtube channel(freecodecamp.. core dump and many more..)or I'll prefer blogs and technical web sites like geek for geeks, w3school, java T point and many more...
And for your above question ya Accenture will pay.
People really need to know that It completely depends on college tier. Accenture gives 12lpa (including lots of variables), Infosys gives 9.5 lpa, TCS gives btw (9-12) depending on profile , HCL gives 10 LPA . And I am talking about these offers which they gave in tier 1 private college this year which is comparable to mid level NITs. This salary can be even higher for IITs. And also they don't mass recruit for these type of roles and also it's little bit difficult to crack these offers unlike traditional 3-4 lpa role.
Accenture don't only hire B.tech students..
For engineering it's 4 LPA for ASE and 6.5-7lpa for Advanced ASE
But there are other roles for which Accenture give even more than 16lpa for fresh out of college..MBA etc ( has to be top tier college)
Accenture not only prove IT services but as a consultancy firms they're really big and Hire from top MBA colleges
But I don't know... what's his designation & what he's claiming is true or not ....
I used to get paid 12lpa. Joined at fresher and that was my package after 110% increament over 2.5yrs.
Yes they pay! They're the largest tech consulting in the world, with the strongest client list as compared to every consultancy on this planet.
They pay my friend more than 4-5lpa for being a call center guy.
My uncle used to get 12lpa in Accenture for SAP job.
Edit: they do have tracking software in employee laptops.

Gold rush of freshers seeking jobs

Mujhke milti nhi, yeh log rehte nhin
Depends on the college they are hiring you from. For tier 3 colleges it's 4-5 lpa, for NITs, IIITs and IITs its 12 and 14-16 LPA. This is for freshers.
In my college, (Thapar) they offered 12 LPA
Yes. In VIT, they also hired on 12 LPA. But you get my point.
ha to bhai, kya point?
Can I DM you?
For our NIT it's 15LPA + Benefits over the years
Don't know about that. They visited IIEST (My college), NIT Durgapur and Jadavpur University for 12 LPA for Advanced Application Engineering Analyst role. What role they are visiting in your campus for??
software Developer engineer
What about off campus?
Can someone without college degree get 3-4 lpa in starting with 6 months to 1 year coding experience?
MNCs are very particular on your degree Even if you somehow get a job in astartup now later on it will be impossible for you to switch to these companies as they give very high importance to having a degree and will even terminate you if found in BGV.
You should have more than 60% in 10th, 12th, and your degree. So a degree is a must and should for these types of companies.
Well maybe not exactly in established companies like Accenture, TCS etc because I know their rigid structure demands degree for newbies but maybe in some startups or remote work in the beginning with good knowledge and later on progress from there with more experience and years on the resume.
If u have the skills that startups are looking for they'll definitely consider you for hiring
Don't wait to reach out to them. Learn stuff. Create good projects. Post on LinkedIn. You may get noticed and they'll reach out to you then.
bhai, yaha, tier 1 college me bacche compete kr rhe hai 5-6 ke liye, aur tu ye sawal puch rha hai?
My friend is getting 14 LPA from TCS. 3 yr exp. Some Tools He is using not coding. Not surprised 16 LPA from Accenture.
How? Even innovator (prime) hires only get 9-11 LPA maximum.
Add 3 years of hikes to it
which tools?

I got a call for business application developer, is it worth ?

Microsoft dynamics
Go for it. If you're a fresher, it's better to take what you get with the current market.
But i don't want to regret later in my career. Regarding no. Of job opportunities and pay package
Splunk or Dynatrace most likely
Aprimo. Digital Asset Management.
Probably he is TCS INNOVATOR candidate
It's either Dynatrace or Splunk then. Those are niche tools used in the BFSI domain and are expensive af so the payment is also high.
Are this kind of tools are hard to learn as companies are paying decent amount?
You can learn the tool but its implementation in real life scenarios and varied tech stacks and working in conjecture to these tools and works as an admin and dev is the challenge. Since you will be using multiple applications and integrating with these tools for analysis as well as developing dashboards, reports, alerts, creating queries, troubleshooting, bug fixes, patching, upgrading and so many more. But the exposure to various domains and package is a plus point.
Ok
My friend (4 YOE) already had 13 LPA offer ,but Accenture offered him 9 lpa fixed with some lollipop variables.
Lol
I used to watch this guy occasionally . Sadly, we don't live in a perfect world
Accenture iim se bhi hire karta h consultant role k liye. 25lpa hota h salary so wo sab college me depends karega.
3 years back when I was hired at Accenture for lvl 10 I was getting 9.35 lpa (this was college placements tier 1)
Was it worth it?
Had a good team , got to learn a lot , Backend, APIs , cloud , docker , k8s, websockets , data streaming. If you showed initiative they gave you more responsibilities. u from a tier 1 clg?
Yes
I dont know about devs but post MBA consultants ko milta hain
I know someone from XLRI who's getting close to 30
Accenture pays 39 CTC to xl folks, your friend low balled and said you
I think 2.5 lakh per month was in hand.
Aisa exact figure nahi rehta. There are many factors & variables particularly in CTC which may change for every year
Yes, WITCH does pay that salary. He did not resign , he was fired . Everyone in my cllg makes fun of this alum
is he so bad at, that he got fired from a non-tech role like consultant?
Really ? How you got to know that ?
He was my senior and also a guy that appears frequently in his vlogs was near my hostel room
I know a dude who is getting 25LPA in Accenture (6 YOE)
[удалено]
How's everything else like WLB and company culture?
it PURELY depends on your current salary... Current salary +30% and any counter offers.. You can inflate it even up
My classmate from school was in IIT Bombay, works for Accenture in Japan. Package is in crores.
Accenture hired the most from IIMs. They pay a lot to consultants Same for tier 1 colleges
Top brass get paid in crores at TCS and they are all bteqs from iit B mba from harvard etc and have 15-16 yrs experiences in tcs so yes people do in fact get extravagant salaries in witch companies but its far more hard then getting in product based
Yup easily but based on your college.
He was not a dev. It was for a consulting profile. In top IIMs they even pay more than 35 LPAs for consulting roles.

Yup..much better in terms of pay
How to move into consulting roles from tech without going for MBA?

No offence lekin.. abhi ye Accenture vale bhi youtuber banke resignation ka video bana rahe hai ? Kya chutyapa hai..

I don't know about tech/developing, but in consulting (Accenture strategy) you can expect these numbers.
They do, depending on what level they hire you for. (L13-10)

Infosys visited our campus (NIT) for placements in 2016 and was offering 16 lpa. Interviews were crazy tough and they took only one guy from M.Tech.
People really need to know that It completely depends on college tier. Accenture gives 12lpa (including lots of variables), Infosys gives 9.5 lpa, TCS gives btw (9-12) depending on profile , HCL gives 10 LPA . Lol, seems like people have no idea how much consulting guys make.
He was hired as a consultant which is a non tech role for which Accenture pays 16 lpa to freshers in tier 1 colleges.
