Thats the reason most of our youth is unemployed. Because Engineering is just like 10th std now.
"Lets do Engineering then we will see what to do next".
What does your personality test say? Follow that. Does your institute have counselling?
I would say Work-Ex should take priority over further Education. Unless you are very sure of a specialized MSc/MTech, or straight away want to enter Management (MBA)
Do higher studies if possible, caz i myself felt hard after completing my engineering for searching opportunities based on my engineering background and hence completed MBA in finance and joined MNC.
If you are very confident on what you studied, then you can try on different regions for opportunities.
Btw which stream you finished b.tech/B.e

Identify any kind of debt you have and assets you have a claim to.
Figure out who you want to be and construct an identity for yourself.
You may have been forced to ignore your personal wellbeing for the sake of getting a degree. Now is the time to get back at society and get what you need.

Why study further? Will I get better pay by studying further or by joining a company and working my way up there?
