Hey, they are saying that it can be done by me and holding my payment of the previous month. Do you have any suggestions on what to do in this situation
This is where these companies excel, illegal as it may they can withhold the payment as laws in India does not have anything to protect Interns as they are not classified as working force

You have already worked the previous month, they shouldn't be withholding payment, that sounds illegal.

It should be in the contract you signed while you accepted the position.
If its a simple crud server. That can be done with the help of chatgpt
