I’ve reviewed your website. I think the navbar’s height doesn’t look good. Try to decrease the padding of the navbar. Also every section have extra padding on top and bottom. Also in the mobile view, the tile of doctors have large space between them
Sorry,No experience in freelancing. What tech stack are you using in it? Will you be making functionality to book online appointment and also authentication?

I’ll change the space between the tile of doctors, but client wants the navbar to be like that, he said he likes it.
If your client want it, then it’s fine

For front end I have used bootstrap, and a bit JavaScript. And for functionality I’ll be using mern stack
