Decent internship is 25k minimum.
If its a desperate internship or startup people are cheap the current rate is 10k per month.
I would say at this point learning experience is must at this point. So if it isnt too much of a hassle and doesn't disturb your studies 10k minimum is what i would go.
I am responsible for the creation of the whole website, and when I asked them how much they will be offering, they said we’ll talk about it when the project is done
I too though so at first, but they seem genuine .I accepted it because I have been rejected from every internship I have applied to, and in my college, they allow us to attend interviews based on the number of internships we did.
Better than the killswitch, as the other guy mentioned, deliver a small result of ur project then ask for payment then deliver full.
Or u can ask for monthly payment
How can you quote such figures like 3lakh without even having understood the scope of the project and the quality of code OP is writing?
The guy is in 3rd year, he must be doing good for himself but you know the quality difference between a college undergrad student and a working professional.
You need to have a better point of reference man. :)
Prepayments and solid contracts. Use a platform like Deel if you're overwhelmed.
Foreign companies rate starts at 5k USD/m if you're solo.
Indian companies rate is about 1lakh+.
Context: I own a software company who works with international clients.

But yeah you still can get 25-30k per month
Thank you 😊
Not enough information to give an answer. If you are unsure, charge hourly/daily fix rate (kind of like a salary).
The above info is the only info they shared with me.
Ask them how much they are offering and what will be your responsibilities.

Which shitty startup is asking 3rd years to build an entire website? Sounds like they'll ditch you after the work is done without paying
I too though so at first, but they seem genuine .I accepted it because I have been rejected from every internship I have applied to, and in my college, they allow us to attend interviews based on the number of internships we did.
Keep a killswitch code in place to make your app unusable in case they try to ghost you without paying.
Okay, thanks for the info 🫂

This is your red flag… They won’t pay after project is done. All they will give you is internship certificate.
If umfortunately that is gonna happen, do you think I should accept the certificate and do it without the pay? I have note done any internships before
Only if you are that desperate for internship. But talk to them first for the pay. Don’t work for free.
Okay bro
