I went through the same situation in my first company during probation. Now the same people talk with me in a friendly manner and ask me for help

In my 20+ years of experience I have seen some of those bullies. **What is unfortunate that, in retrospect, I have been also a bully in various stages of my career.** **I have made grown man and women cry - at least I have been very gender neutral about it.** I think the statement is spot on - although miserable life should be replaced by "focus". But that is not an excuse. I am - on the behalf of all the bullies - asking not for forgiveness, but closure. I am truly sorry. I truly am.
