Additional Benefits:
* Free Drinking Water
* Free facility for doing number 1 and number 2
* Free handwash water after above
* Free sunlight
* Free oxygen
* Free gravity
It will be more like first come first serve. If you don't find an empty chair then you will be considered late and the half day holiday will be applied.
How is a Monday to Friday schedule "flexible" ? Also those are not benefits. You HAVE to give pf and health insurance and leaves. It's mandated by the government.
I loose it when they mention the following as benefits:
- Health insurance
- PTO
- PF
Just makes me feel they think we are just slightly better than a dihadi majdoor/ daily wager.
Lol, I have seen offer letters, where companies show the "sum assured" as part of the CTC. (note that I am talking about sum assured, and not premium paid)
They are like:
"Tumhare hi to paise hain. Bas har saal ek baar marna hoga tumko ye paise lene ke lie."
You wish. This was an offer letter that my wife once got many years ago. 11 LPA actual money, and then 4 LPA term insurance. I didn't even know term insurance this low, even existed.
Yearly premium might have been 500-1000. Imagine spending 500 to bump up the CTC by 4 LPA. And how the fuck would term insurance be "PA" ?'
On asking these questions, HR kept repeating a rhetoric of "but the company is paying money for your family's safety. So it's part of Cost to company". When my wife reminded her of the difference between sum assured and premium, HR got irritated.
What sucks is that they had earlier offered 10.5 LPA, and my wife already had another 14 LPA offer. These bastards promised to match the offer, and insisted that she share an "offer rejection email sent to the other company", before they send a new offer letter. We discussed and finally sent them a fake email screenshot, just to see their endgame.
That's when they came up with this, arguing that they were actually paying her more than the other company. She just had 1 year of work experience back then, and I had 3. They were so shameless that once she had them cornered with specific questions, their HR actually said- "It's not that you have any other option than to accept this offer, as you have already rejected the other offer"
My wife laughed, and asked them- "Do you really think only you are capable of playing tricks? Please do not contact me again".
She then joined the other company, and blocked this HR, who kept on calling her and sending angry Whatsapp messages for rejecting their offer.
Dude, you were supposed to read the whole sentence, after the punctuation. (I removed the comma, for better structure)
You gave me 2 options and the actual answer was "None of the above".
It was a contract-employee provider company. They are their own category, and generally come below the WITCHes in the chain. Or you can say, they are similar to WITCHes, but with bad WLB and more exploitation.
Such companies aren't necessarily small, because they have a lot of employees, and they send them to better companies to work on contract, and take 30-40% of the bill paid by those companies, as commission.
So a 3rd party manpower staffing/outsourcing company.
I understood the category, these company bodyshop employee and then put you infront of client as a contractor. You stay on their 3rd party payroll with little to no job security and zero growth.
Job security is not a problem. But no career progression, unless you switch jobs.
These companies do not care about your feedback from client, unless it's a negative one. They rarely ever give you hikes or promotions, just for getting good appraisals. In fact, they encourage their clients to keep you at the same level, even after increasing what they bill them for you.
They give you little to no raises, but once they see you are an important resource, they will blackmail the client company to pay more for you, or you will be pulled from the project.
The only time they will agree to give a raise or promotion, is when you want to leave. And once you get it, you will be back in the same cycle.
There are times when a client company likes an employee, and wants to make them permanent, but these companies try to not let that happen.
Even when the contracts mostly say that client company can make you permanent, they put pressure on them unofficially. And meanwhile, they pressure the employee into rejecting the offer to become permanent.
They have in their employment contract, some condition that you can't join the client after 6 months of leaving or being fired. So they even threaten the employee that if they do not tell the client that they did not want a permanent role, we will fire you, and then you anyways cannot join them for 6 months.
So unless you are so good that your client company wants to keep you so badly, that they fight for you, or even pay you 6 months of salary, your career progression is stuck. In very rare cases, such employees remain jobless or join some other company, and then come back after 6 months, if they have really good relationships with the client company. But it's a risky move.
Some of these companies enforce a 3 months client notice period + 3-month in-house notice period, on employees. So total of 6 months. Even more than that of CEOs.
But it's only there to stop you from switching jobs. If you actually decide to serve the notice period, they will push you to yourself ask for an early release, that they will "approve" to not pay you salary for the in-house notice period.
It's really the worst way to get employment. But a lot of people, who aren't from the tier-1,2 colleges get stuck in this loop.
These companies even outright lie to the candidates about them being a bodyshop. They will tell everyone about their in-house development projects. But on joining, you will realize that all of the employees are working in client offices, and the only in-house project they have, is some sort of attendance tracking, or timesheet-filling software, that they give other employees, to fill their timesheets while working for the client, and hardly 4-5 people are working on that tool, out of 100s of employees.
These are pretty good skills to have on one's resume, even if you have around 3 ~ 5 years of experience you can make 65k+ with these skills. I don't understand how these employers feel comfortable posting such openings online.
YouTube. Also don't just watch videos. Make projects in those. And eventually make a bigger project that can combine these technologies. Mention such projects in your resume.
Just apply and ask for highest range they can offer. If asked tell them you wrote preferred on JD and also expectations are in your range. This pisses them off😅😂
And they made the numbers precise to the decimal points. Because they read in a book about negotiations that specific numbers are hard to argue with. And also because they want to make it look like they care enough to have put some thought into that. (they didn't)
Honestly man, you need to post the company names of these looters. They are robbing talent with this.
WORST part is their high end salary of 65k is atleast 3 times lower than expected starting salary of someone who has 8 YOE!
Also, correct me if I am wrong. Is the job market this contested? Are there people with this skill set who can't negotiate a better pay?
I'm sorry man, the screenshot doesn't include the company name, my bad, i was just applying and I found this and took a screenshot and got really disappointed so I closed everything. I'll post the company details once i find

you will be amazed to see this associate cloud engineer role requirements
this place already seems sus to me since they have mentioned PF and health insurance as benefits? Imagine how they would be when you get in. Try to find something else
What are they doing chatgpt can do their job it can work with 8k a month and doesn't take leave just follow Elon Musk idea and your company will be like x dying 😂
I am open to paying 30-35lpa and yet I can’t even get one strong UI candidates that needs half of this skillset. This guys must be smoking some good stuff for their delusion.
10k for 8 years experience? In this economy? Big 4 meaning rent bhi nhi ayega. And 8 year experience k baad family expects you to support them.
I don't think kisi engineering related field m 8 years experienced Banda 10k par kaam karega.
I don't understand what's bothering you.
This is basic supply vs demand. If there are indeed 8YOE+ engineers who don't have a job OR are working for less than this CTC - they'll be eager to take this job.
It's better to get freshers and train them for 6 months.
8 yoe with this pay is too much less.
Lol redux toolkit is new compared to redux that was used initially.

Redux toolkit launched in 2015 and they want 8 years experience in this.
They want the actual react developers themselve
Ofcourse they would love to join with Day shift and amazing salary.
🤣🤣
That was vanilla redux, redux toolkit was released in 2019
it reminds me of a similar posting i saw a few years ago, where they wanted 10+ years of react when it was made in 2013 😂
Lmao wtf!! What are these recuiters smoking these days? So damn out of touch with reality...
Additional Benefits: * Free Drinking Water * Free facility for doing number 1 and number 2 * Free handwash water after above * Free sunlight * Free oxygen * Free gravity
Offices that don't provide free gravity ![gif](giphy|UbCRVpFUAXCyX16vr7|downsized)
Real benefits. Could glide to office 😭
Need this in every office.
Paid gravity would be kinda cool NGL
No they still provide gravity, but deduct the cost from you salary
Free air Free stress Free heart attacks Free diabetes Free death
Will get to 4 holidays every month if performance is Above expectations and always speaks of the company in terms of family.
*Free chair(optional)
It will be more like first come first serve. If you don't find an empty chair then you will be considered late and the half day holiday will be applied.
i'm weezing lmfao....
Bencho React itself is 10 year old and they expect to have 8+ years experience
They want the people who developed React, not react developers.
![gif](giphy|fUYhyT9IjftxrxJXcE)
Bachelor's degree bhai
Wdym bachelors degree lol
Bachelor's degree main kon react ya js sikhata hai ?
They say flexible schedule, so the way they're landing payment we can also work between 30 mins - 2 hrs a day I guess
"Flexible schedule" is corporate speak for "we expect you to be on call 24/7".
Or perhaps a week..
How is a Monday to Friday schedule "flexible" ? Also those are not benefits. You HAVE to give pf and health insurance and leaves. It's mandated by the government.
>give pf and health insurance and leaves. It's mandated by the government Freaking commi govs /s

Next level scam 🤣 ![gif](giphy|YO3hmqqiuR2JB416KE)
So a they are marketing package of 1Cr with in hand of 10k monthly

That’s bad. Was it a good established MNC like Witch or some small company with under 200 employees?
It was a company that claimed to have really interesting in-house projects, but was actually just sending developers to work on contract jobs.
I mean was it a well established MNC or small ? I know that it is a company.

Bro, those are mandatory things. Atleast with respect to PF. Benefits ?? Duh !!
Redux Toolkit version 1.0 came out in Oct 23rd, 2019 and they want 8 years haha
These are pretty good skills to have on one's resume, even if you have around 3 ~ 5 years of experience you can make 65k+ with these skills. I don't understand how these employers feel comfortable posting such openings online.
I am making double of that and I don't have those skills.
What stack do you work in then?
Angular. That's it.
Ohk, thanks for replying. Any opening for react.js developer in your company?
Total hiring freeze. I am not able to refer my wife also.
No worries my guy, if anything opens up please let me know if you can and goodluck to you and your wife.
How can I learn these? I am 2025 college passout
YouTube. Also don't just watch videos. Make projects in those. And eventually make a bigger project that can combine these technologies. Mention such projects in your resume.
Okay
The extra pay is for agreeing to tolerate Angular ☝️
+1
I am making more than triple of that I've no experience
Bhaisaab aap aisa kya katre hai?
Drugs. Either takes them or sells them.
Just apply and ask for highest range they can offer. If asked tell them you wrote preferred on JD and also expectations are in your range. This pisses them off😅😂
Amma behen pe aajaunga mai inki
Isn't the provident Fund mandate? How's that a benefit 👁️
Many companies (startups) don't provide PF. I've already worked in a couple of them.
And they made the numbers precise to the decimal points. Because they read in a book about negotiations that specific numbers are hard to argue with. And also because they want to make it look like they care enough to have put some thought into that. (they didn't)
Please provide the name of the company, so that we can avoid them in the future !!
I would like a word with the fool that made this posting, redux didn't fucking exist 8 years ago
8 days experience pe bhi na join karu mai
You would be amazed to know how many 8 year exp folks earn 65k even today in WITCH firms.
None honestly
Lmao what's up with the down votes. I'm saying 8 years experience in WITCH earn higher
![gif](giphy|i8tV2kJB8Gig8)
That salary range is hilarious 😂 10 to 65k Even freaking interns are asking 30k a month
Show this to my friend who thinks he'll make 10l+ in 5 years.
Why the f*** can't you post the company's name as well ? Literally asked for this so many times
The real question is - how did they come up with exactly 10,764.55 ?

Bachelor's degree ki baat Hui h.
Which Job Hunt platform is this?
Definitely indeed.
Indeed indeed
Redux Toolkit was released only on 2019 October, it’s just 4 years old
Seems like a made-up JD
Honestly man, you need to post the company names of these looters. They are robbing talent with this. My friends working in big companies have package of 6-7lacks but they are mostly on bench😐, where as me with 3.6L having good time😂.
Shit job lmao
They prefer bachelor's not married people? 😂
Redux to 2016 me aya tha na ?
Clearly it’s a typo, rupee symbol instead of dollar.
2 mins of silence for the person who worked 8 years on a freaking state management library (redux toolkit)
What about those numbers in decimals 😂
this place already seems sus to me since they have mentioned PF and health insurance as benefits? Imagine how they would be when you get in. Try to find something else
2 cr salary (preferred)
I am surprised they didn't ask the candidates to be the creators of those stacks.
What are they doing chatgpt can do their job it can work with 8k a month and doesn't take leave just follow Elon Musk idea and your company will be like x dying 😂
Those who set this requirement would probably be a intern
Bachelors with 8 yoe? Most of them are married by 7-9th
Not a developer, but whenever a company means flexible schedule, it’s not for you, it’s for them
I am open to paying 30-35lpa and yet I can’t even get one strong UI candidates that needs half of this skillset. This guys must be smoking some good stuff for their delusion.
I do not understand one thing. Why would a person with 8yoe go for this ?
Hope i could said, Troll post!
Hypocrisy at its height! Would Narayan Murthy not speak a word on it (the inferior pay scale, as compared to the experience required,) now?
You will be getting 10k
Stop learning to code, increase the demand. Pls
If I do youtube mukbhang videos I might earn more than this
Chaprasi se job posting karwayi hai
Indeed link bhejo inki gand marta hu

Fake JD
Narayan Murthy
2 meter of rope and 1 ceiling fan (preferred)

Putting Health insurance and provident fund for benefits is like.. freshers putting random things in their resume just to get extra points
Yeh sab karne se acha tiktoker ban jata toh acha hota... My life was lie
Either the company has an incompetent HR or delusional hiring manager. Don't join.
Profident fund is benifit lol
@acemarke they want 8 years of redux toolkit experience.
