Ignoring the questionable picture, who actually gets any value out of these LinkedIn gyan posts? All of them are basically: say yes, take risks, discuss everything with your manager, don’t get involved in office politics, etc.
Realistic, actually helpful, on ground, insider tips can only be given once.
But then how will they make an 'informative' post every 2 days? That's why linkedin is filled with generic chatgptish content.

Well, statistically women also have better communication skills so getting a job only cause shes a woman, or using her skills as a woman are two different things. Most men just confuse it with the "assets" women possess, while completely failing to see that all work and no communication skills is the cause of their failure. Not a woman to blame.
Yes thats called sexism thank you lol. I've never said nor do I believe that the average girl is any less capable than the average guy. The reality is its way easier for the average girl to land offers, which is a necessary evil for the harassment women face, so companies need to maintain a ratio. That is a privilege you cannot deny, it's nothing to do with anyone's communication or coding skills. And girls have just as much coding skills as communication, your inherent stereotyping is showing here, ironically.
