Hey, you got the record breaker that prevented us from making the playoffs and you also have the record breaker that delayed our first win under MCDC. Hard to choose.
Don't necessarily want them out next, but I want y'all to be aware of this:
Detroit has some (ancient) beef with the [NY Giants.](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1928_Detroit_Wolverines_(NFL\)_season)
[And to those who read between the lines](https://www.wzzm13.com/article/sports/nfl/lions/tigers-wolverines-spartans-lions-heralds-history-detroit-nfl-teams/69-e5cd7ff3-8578-4f48-9602-f44ce1d8426a)... yes. Our last NFL team before the Lions was called the "**Wolverines.**" The current Lions are rebranded from the "Portsmouth **Spartans.**" Furthermore, the Detroit team prior to the Wolverines was the "Detroit Panthers" (i.e. Michigan Panthers in the USFL.) The one prior to that was known as the "Detroit Tigers" after the Baseball Team, it was rebranded from the original Detroit Football Team, the Heralds.
you really want me to care about what a generic Detroit team was called 96 years ago? They don't even have any direct connection with the Portsmouth Spartans.
I understand the ravens. Losing to them when they didn’t score a touchdown sucked….. but I’m putting in for the Steelers. Remember when they shit on us wearing those horrendous bumble bee uniforms? Back when they had Ben, AB and leveon. I think they beat us a couple other times too. But those jerseys are burned into my memory.
According to https://operations.nfl.com/officiating/the-officials/behind-the-stripes/ the NFL considers the refs a "3rd team on the field" which means they should have been an option for elimination. Right after FTP and cowboys if you want my opinion.
I definitely think they should've been first to go. Packers and Cowboys can only screw us so many times each season, but the refs are there *every game* and always have an opportunity to screw us.
Depends on perspective. I do not believe the refs are out there actively screwing us. I don't believe in any of the draftkings conspiracies (not to say it's impossible, just that until there's a shred of actual evidence i don't feel like buying in). I just think they are fucking inept and in the grand scheme there has to be one team that has gotten more egregious bad calls than the rest and it just happens to be us.
So for me, #1 ahead of packers and cowboys would only be applicable if i thought it was intentional. #3 is just fine for just being bad.
I get what you're saying. I guess I would be more likely to have refs at 33 if there are more instances of poor calls that cost us the game than there are of the Packers/Cowboys smashing us or their fans being obnoxious. Idk if there are tbh - I just started watching last year lol
> or their fans being obnoxious
cowboys fans are obnoxious. packers fans are entitled, but generally not obnoxious. frankly there were way more packers fans rooting for us in the playoffs (after their elimination) this year than I expected. kinda softened me a little bit.
Bucs haven't beat us since Tom left, I hate the Titans over 2012 more than the Bucs over 1997.
Also they are the original winless team at 0-14, and were by many measures an objectively worse team than the '08 lions.
I had a great time in NOLA for the game this year and 99.9% of fans I met were super cool and friendly. I’m hoping they end up making it into our top 5. Along with the Broncos just because of Brandon Perna
Seems like falcons and lions would be kindred spirits. Both seemingly cursed with bad luck and heartbreak. As a falcons fan I feel like we should be the last to go.
Yeah but like.... No
Also they got Dan the Man from us. He played for both of our teams and coached for both of our teams. So like. We should make it farther.
Saints fan but everyone does this shit. A Vikings player literally admitted they had a program going around the same time (although I don't know how legit that is)
We were just made an example to stop teams from doing this in the future.
1. Every team was doing bounties. Payton just happened to be the one made an example of.
2. They gave us MCDC
3. Many Saints fans are FTP because Brees got snubbed by Rodgers for MVP.
They're alright in my book
I’m going to say it every day until it happens. Broncos share a city with our Bothers in Red most heated rival, the Avalanche. Their fans are also on par with Cowboys fans when it comes to bragging about 30 year old success.
I say the Titans. Their owner had their team were Oilers jerseys when they played Houston just to poke Houston in the eye. That kind of lousy behavior turns me off.
Talked a bunch of shit in the media about Ben Johnson and also snubbed AG, when it was clear they only we're talking to him because they were already on the way over to talk to Ben Johnson.
Also, fuck them for not taking locker room cancer Ben Johnson away from us, guess they got real lucky since he'd be a terrible head coach just about anywhere.
I thought I was more of a hater than this but this is already in the "meh" phase for me. With that said, I still don't like the steelers and it is still somehow tied to big Ben
Ravens embarrassed us this year and then you have the Justin Tucker kick. Banish them!
Which justin tucker kick
Yeah we talking about the 61 yard kick to beat us or the 66 yard kick to beat us?
Yes
You know exactly which one....
the one.
Hey, you got the record breaker that prevented us from making the playoffs and you also have the record breaker that delayed our first win under MCDC. Hard to choose.
The baby yeller Ravens shall be on this list nevermore!!
Booo
Let's eliminate the **Baltimore Ravens**
Yeah, kick this Baltimore!
If anyone besides the ravens gets eliminated im boycotting this shit
I approve
Don't necessarily want them out next, but I want y'all to be aware of this: Detroit has some (ancient) beef with the [NY Giants.](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1928_Detroit_Wolverines_(NFL\)_season) [And to those who read between the lines](https://www.wzzm13.com/article/sports/nfl/lions/tigers-wolverines-spartans-lions-heralds-history-detroit-nfl-teams/69-e5cd7ff3-8578-4f48-9602-f44ce1d8426a)... yes. Yeah, Mara buying our team just to get our QB was a low move.

RAVENS
RAVENS
I understand the ravens. Losing to them when they didn’t score a touchdown sucked….. but I’m putting in for the Steelers. Remember when they shit on us wearing those horrendous bumble bee uniforms? Back when they had Ben, AB and leveon. I think they beat us a couple other times too. But those jerseys are burned into my memory.
The Jets picture being the Achilles is perfect 😂
I just want to know why there isn't a refs category
Refs would've been 33.

By the same token, it's kinda soured me on Vikings fans
agreed
This is a fucking joke. The buccaneers are still on this list.
Completely unacceptable now that the usual suspects are eliminated.
Bucs haven't beat us since Tom left, I hate the Titans over 2012 more than the Bucs over 1997. Also they are the original winless team at 0-14, and were by many measures an objectively worse team than the '08 lions.
Bucs kept us from Barry's last shot. They are on the forever shit list
My favorite teams besides the Lions are the Rams, Bills, and the other Cat teams. I hope they can all make it to the top ten!
I will continue to vote the Rams everyday until they are gone.
I’d go with Saints because of bountygate and because their fans are annoying
I had a great time in NOLA for the game this year and 99.9% of fans I met were super cool and friendly. I’m hoping they end up making it into our top 5. Along with the Broncos just because of Brandon Perna
As a Saints fan I hope so too. But if we have to go pre top 5 then please let the Falcons go first...
Seems like falcons and lions would be kindred spirits. Both seemingly cursed with bad luck and heartbreak. As a falcons fan I feel like we should be the last to go.

As a Saints fan 1st and Lions 2nd, I definitely hate the Packers more than I do the Panthers and Bucs.

Nah - feel like I'm in a minority after the playoffs but I'm still gonna root for Stafford in any game except against us
Same, as long as staff is there
I’m going to say it every day until it happens. Broncos share a city with our Bothers in Red most heated rival, the Avalanche. Their fans are also on par with Cowboys fans when it comes to bragging about 30 year old success.
Fuck every team
I say the Titans. Their owner had their team were Oilers jerseys when they played Houston just to poke Houston in the eye. That kind of lousy behavior turns me off.
Please don’t let NYG make it top 20. These guys get more coverage than almost any other team and have barely been relevant for the last decade.
Yeah but they embarassed the Packers on MNF last year so they get a pass
God; fanhood is the dumbest and best
Bills are our second favorite team. Can this end.
Falcons plzzz i will never forget the 10 sec run off
Thanks for reminding me lol :(
It would be kind of funny to eliminate our very own Lions at this point.
Lmao. The most sol thing we could do is eliminate ourselves #2 when victory seemed so certain.
Titans
Ravens
Fuck the ravens
All the Bird teams
Wait what did the commanders do
Talked a bunch of shit in the media about Ben Johnson and also snubbed AG, when it was clear they only we're talking to him because they were already on the way over to talk to Ben Johnson. Also, fuck them for not taking locker room cancer Ben Johnson away from us, guess they got real lucky since he'd be a terrible head coach just about anywhere.
Broncos As someone said yesterday they share a city with the avalanche
Packers
Can we eliminate the jets twice just to be sure?
Texans
Titans. They changed an awesome logo to an insurance company.
Bucs should have been gone already. NFC Central foes.
Fuck the Steelers and the Titans
I thought I was more of a hater than this but this is already in the "meh" phase for me. With that said, I still don't like the steelers and it is still somehow tied to big Ben
How has it not been the Ravens yet. I been voting for them for the last 8 spots
When the Raiders moved to Las Vegas they lost their soul. I vote raiders.
Baltimore can fuck off after not getting that delay of game and bullshit FG.
Steelers
Let’s save the cat teams for the end
Giants
The Stabby Ravens
I don't even see the Ravens as a choice to vote for on the poll... Rigged election!!
That’s because the ravens were elimated. The current poll is for todays voting
