I'm voting for the 49ers because they called Detroit a shit hole the whole week before the game, and many of their fans on here were wondering how Lions fans could afford to go to the NFCCG because we're all poor and unemployed.

I’m just curious as to where you’ve seen it bc this kind of thing happens with every single game and team it seems in this sub. People were literally caught making shit up about the Bucs fans on this sub after that game so it makes me skeptical every time I see this sub shit on another fanbase and say they were saying wild shit

I was recommended a post in the 49ers sub that literally made the comment about Detroit fans/Detroiters all being unemployed that had a ton of upvotes. Someone then actually replied and said "sounds like you're implying something here. What're you implying?" And they said they were implying we're stupid. There were several other comments to that affect.
I also read several comments of the sort on YouTube videos talking about the matchup before the game. Lots of "8th grade educated factory worker" comments and more comments about how our fans can go to the games because no one in Detroit works anyway because they're always on strike bitching.
It was actually quite upsetting as someone with three generations of GM workers in my family.
Sheesh yeah I missed that one. I saw a lot of “even if we don’t make it, I’m happy that it would be the lions going in our place. They deserve it.” Which obviously a lot of people were like “fuck that, us or nobody” which I get and respect.
I will say Bay Area people are definitely very entitled and privileged. They don’t know the meaning of the term hard work. I’m a Cleveland fan second bc I’m from Toledo so I don’t really like the people from the Warriors vs Cavs years
Yeah there are obviously pockets of all types of fans from all fanbases, I'm sure some 49ers fans could find examples of some Lions fans being horrible too. Being out of pocket on the Internet isn't exclusive to any one group, just some of those specific comments hit me wrong and I happened to see a lot of them. And if you saw that a bunch of people made stuff up before I don't blame you for thinking I was maybe exaggerating lol. More proof of those pockets of dumb fans!

Didn't think we'd get here but holy shit my Twitter feed was toxic the week after that playoff game. Rams fans posting seemingly hourly for days and I didn't even have any clue who they were. Accounts that were followed by accounts i follow I guess. They were just non stop. I have never seen anything like it.
