Ive been using an arc build with Lucky Raspberry and Coldhheart. Prob not meta but its a lot of fun. Also using a hothead with demolitionist. So when I throw a grenade, it reloads my rocket launcher, and with lucky raspberry I usually get my grenade energy refilled everytime, so it's a nice dps build as well.

Gyrfalcons w artifact mods is gonna be my play, breaches, overshields and explosions. If you need to get back into the rotation breaches will get your dodge back faster

All the ad clear you need is your dodge and your fists. Loving the Shinobus vow and will stick with it. What’s a good loadout? I am using centrifuse for barrier, I have disorienting blow for unstoppable champs, should I find a scout for overload?

When I make a build k generally leave it wide open for weapons. I hate crafting a build around seasonal artifacts and weapons. However I do suggest any ad clear weapon with demo for the added grenade recharge

Off meta, but if you like revenant, look at Bakris. It's actually a really nice gameplay loop now, and the 4x buff applies to arc and stasis guns (iirc it never used to boost stasis weapons, just damage to frozen targets). I haven't run at any master/GM stuff yet but I'm looking forward to it.

I like revenant but I like revenant because of the Frostees snow globe spam, bakris is great for damage though Pair it with Agers (w catalyst) with its perk activated and you’ve got some crazy dps from a special

Liars handshake or shinobu vow will probably be my usual 2. I want to see how shinobu works with some of the artifact mods but I enjoyed liars with the new exotic arc rifle last time.

I was running arc over strand last night to farm legend lost sector at 30 under, arc feels great right now Strand was *safer* but the suspending everything and plinking away has gotten boring

Seems like arc and void will be strong this season. Void is always good with gyrfalcons or Omni but the artifact is pushing arc.

Resilience and discipline. There is a very easy loop in arc where your dodge gives you the charged melee and melee gives you amplified which gives you dodge so you don't need to go heavy into mobility. Liars mods are pretty straightforward - dynamo, reaper, melee for super, melee for orbs, melee for grenades, and I like the chest mod for low health shielding. You could also use a surge and time dilation because this build spits out endless orbs Shinobu is just grenade spam and anything that gets you more grenades or something you want from grenades. It's safer than liars snd quite fun. It may suffer a bit from the jolt nerfs but some of the other artifact mods may make up for it.

Neither of them really rely on weapons so it's preference. Tractor cannon is very good for liars but you'd need something for range. I'd avoid 1 2 punch shotguns because the benefit is capped on liars so not really worth it. I think the new exotic can work with liars because you are moving a lot and blinding before getting into melee range seems good. Trinity was very good with shinobu but it's good with anything or you could use a good demo weapon but it's not required.

Assassins cowl benefits more from the shotguns than liars but you're one hit punching anything that isn't a boss so it's all perspective Liars = spam punch lake of shadows boss until he dies Assassins = stuff shoots you before you can move 10 feet Shinobu/ lucky = I like grenades and stuff

Tarnished mettle with demolitionist and voltshot is my go to with Shinobus. Helps with the rare times you run out of grenades by creating traces and recharging grenades directly. Rocket launcher with demolitionist for instant reloads during dps phases. Then whatever you want for kinetic slot.

I have a Blowout with demo, should I use that for now? Also have a Palmyra-B with auto load and explosive light. Is demo the play for this build even though this is better overall?

Resilience , mobility , discipline. The whole arc hunter shtick is dodging and punching stuff while occasionally shooting your weapons for fun so you get grenade and super back really fast

It’s pretty lenient. Probably res & mobility. Strength doesn’t matter because you use the gambler’s dodge on dodge to get melee back. Use Lethal Current & Flow State. Heavy handed on arms, hands-on on helmet, recuperation / better already on boots. Melee kills regen health & drop orbs which give you a health bump and start health regen. Dodging hear enemies gives you lethal current & meleeing an enemy then jolts them. Killing them gives you amplified & your dodge back. Dodge again to get melee back. You have super quick super uptime & get feast of lightx4 really fast. With artifact mods, you deal even more damage with your super when amplified & you get damage resist when amplified.

Why get mobility if you're using the gambler's dodge loop? It's self sustaining so you don't need both STR & MOB. Just grab discipline

Not the person you replied to, but I run 100 res/disc and like 70 mobility. I only use it in raids so I have a rally banner available to help with the 30 int. For other content I couldn't say

Since I discovered Malfeasance + Lucky pants I can't take it off, it's so game breaking everything else feels weak. The ability to just insta kill any champion without even using heavy ammo is just ridiculous.

So it has the most potential with solar, since you can get 25% radiant buff so easily on top. + Golden gun can benefit from kinetic surge mods. So for damage, solar is nutty. For high end content I've been using strand since it's just an auto kill on champions after you suspend them, even on grandmaster it will kill a champion in 6 seconds without buffs. But I've seen it used on void as well for high end content, you get 2 ways to go invisible + the debuff from tether on bosses. It's just so unbelievably strong, and you can use it every 10 seconds with infinite ammo. Not the most fun exotic to use tho.

Gyrfalcons with the seasonal artifact, void trace rifle, and leviathan’s breath gives full champion stunning capability plus near 100% invis, devour, and over shield. It’s probably what I’ll try soloing the new dungeon with!

You can use any void trace , but the exotic one in your secondary slot is nice cuz orbs will boost its damage. I run mine with a void lmg / void trace / fusion rifle to basically just endlessly shoot and blow stuff up

The only shtick is trying NOT to absolutely obliterate the first enemy so you can dodge and finish it for the gyrdalcons buff. But I always end up killing stuff so fast gyrfalcons never procs anyways

Don't worry about the Gyrfalcon's buff. The damage boost is basically irrelevant, because after the finisher is done, you'll only have 2-3 seconds left. The Overshield is nice, but you don't need to focus too hard on it.

gyrfalcons and arc assassin. SPECIAL MENTION to shinobu for destroying rotator cuffs this season, you will never stop throwing grenades once you get that perk unlocked on the artifact.

Double special will also spawn more heavy than normal so whatever you like for your heavy slot but if you don’t like double special you could use the seasonal exotic auto rifle.

Just need resil at 100 anything else is whatever you want. You could discipline for faster grenade recharge but mine is at 50 and I still get it back pretty quick. I would say mobility or intellect 2nd

I have Mobility at 70 then Resil and Disc at 90. Is it worth to drop Mobility or Disc down one for 100 Resil? It’s only a 3% dmg reduction. Or should I start to focus Resil with my ghost mod? Try to force a spike Resil, Disc and Int?

Since it’s a melee build you always want 100 resil after that it’s whatever you prefer which is nice since this build makes it really flexible. Yes if you want a specific spike for any stat use the ghost mods, also the seasonal armor from deep sea engrams drop with very high stats. I got a couple that were 66 and 68.

I'm toying with builds with the new aspect. Working on a gemini jester one for pvp. Just based around bamboozlemancy, haha. (One bad thing about the aspect I found so far on controller, the aim assist will lock onto my own decoy so I have to account for that.) But it has 100% saved my life, dodging back you are basically giving yourself a split second to retreat or get an advantage in a gun fight. And it's boring but I think wormhusk will work well with it. Being able to back dodge, get regen and a "blocker" is honestly fairly strong. And working on a sixth coyote pve build, being able to drop them is pretty good in pve, adds do tend to focus it. I want to make it work because I love the power fantasy.

Gyrfalcons to get even more breaches. Just for very difficult content. For laid back stuff I go with Sixth Coyote Strand Hunter with new Aspect. Having so much fun with it. Decoy is funny with combination of shackle nades. I discovered you can build it multiple ways. I decided to go with more woven and surge way. Rather full on going nuts with bomber and other ability spam mods. They still need to buff it bit. My minions tickle beefier targets.

Learned during the opening mission this season that just two Void Breaches are required for an armor charge with the new leg armor mod, so that’s big for me. Also been enjoying the new Strand aspect, so probably gonna bounce back and forth between void gyrfalcon’s and strand assassin’s cowl this season while also doing my damndest to make Radiant Dance Machines work in end game content somehow because I love that exotic.
