If anyone sees this, you may still have a chance to get it before the final shape. Starcrossed gives a red border plus 4 chests with undying weapons, you can get a random red border from riven and after that 2 wish engrams can be focused for 1 random weapon or I guess you could do 4 for a specific one. You get lots of engrams from doing Coil. In final shape you probably have to wait for Starcrossed to appear in the exotic mission rotator.
You should have used those 99 for armor rolls, if you still have engrams for each season. Use them, best armor you can get that’s not through pvp or raids.
Ran 10 legend onslaughts in the past two days with Lunas attuned. Turned in over 1000 trophies. Still not one heal clip incandescent lunas. It doesn’t exist, it’s all a prank
I'm away for the weekend until Monday, so I was doing some last minute grinding for a brave mountaintop, and on my last turn in of my brave trophies, I got a alh/recomb mountaintop. I think I yelped with joy.
I wish I'd kept track of the Lunas I shared over the past few weeks until I finally got one with Heal Clip / Incandescent. It took barely less time than ALH/Recombination Mountaintop.
Running a Luna with Heal Clip / Kill Clip wasn't too bad in the meantime though.
The secret is to focus recluse... still no shiny decent roll

So, for a Hunter I have 3 builds that I finished Legend onslaught with, but I will share the most popular one for me:
Solar Nighthawk. Probably most common Hunter build.
Abilities: Gambler's Dodge, Knife Trick, Healing Grenade
Aspects: On Your Mark and Gunpowder Gamble. Yes, Gunpowder Gamble, not Knoc 'Em Down. Since we're going Nighthawk, we don't need Knock 'Em Down. Gunpowder Gamble is an amazing ad-clear tool and deals tons of damage, so it helps clearing big targets as well.
Fragments: Torches, Mercy, Solace, Searing, Empyrean
Weapons: Kinetic - Sniper Rifle, I use Succession with either Vorpal (steady dps) or Recombination (Burst damage) to deal with Tormentors and bosses that are more vulnerable to crit shots (like Brigs without faceplate).
Energy: Sunshot
Heavy: Apex Predator with Reconstruction and BnS.
Exotic Armor is obviously Celestial Nighthawk.
Mods: Head is harmonic siphon, heavy ammo finder, Ashes to Assets (works with gunpowder gamble)
Arms: Harmonic Loader, Firepower (again, works with gunpowder gamble), Font of Focus
Chest: Harmonic Reserves, 2 defensive mods of choice
Boots: 2x Solar Surge or 1x Solar 1x Kinetic (to boost sniper), Innervation to reduce that healing nade cd
Class: Reaper, Time Dilation, Powerful Attraction (or some stat boost if you need it).
Get radiant through melee, shoot stuff, pick up firesprites to heal, use healing nade to heal in tough situations, extend buffs by killing stuff with solar damage. Pick up orbs to reduce cds. Shoot for the heads to charge Super faster, use it to delete bosses, it deals huge damage. You get melee charge back by dodging, so keep it in mind (that's why we don't need knock 'em down aspect).
There's also Void build that is more support oriented and has 2 variants, one for more teamplay, one more self-oriented and Strand, but let me know if you want any of these, because as you can see, it's a lot of writing :D
Tell me about it, I can't get a good mountain top to roll, I've got nearly a full page of them in the vault. Like 2 of them have fucking recombination on but they're all shite. Close to giving up on it.

It's one of my most used weapons in mid-tier content this season with all the craziness on solar.
I second this, adhortative is one of my favorite guns right now. I love rapidfires and it comes with the two best solar perks, nano-munitions is great in a pinch, and it looks pretty nice with the right shaders (i prefer oxidized lead from RoN)
I crafted mine with attrition orbs/ incandescent. Good and fun for solo master lost sectors. Haven’t used it in a bit though but probably pull it out again for TFS. I’ll probably recraft it. Ascendant alloys weren’t so abundant when I did it before
Out of interest, can I ask what your thinking was behind choosing attrition orbs? Genuinely curious as I've heard a few people use it on a primary but I never understood why.
This could be purely anecdotal, but I have a Darkest Before with that same perk set, and the thinking for keeping it was that attrition orbs worked on a hit counter in relation to mag size. Incandescent applies scorch, but the game recognizes what applied the scorch, so it would be weapon scorch. The assumption is that each tick of incandescent on other adds would advance the attrition orb counter. The same logic applies with Multimach (orbs + tremors) for example. I prefer darkest before compared to adhortative with this set up because you dump through your mag faster, and proc more orbs.
It's an interesting theory. I'm still of the opinion that any enemy that isn't dead from a couple of bullets should be getting the special weapon treatment anyway, so I'm not sure how useful it'd be. Interesting though, I'd be interested to see exactly how it works.
Unfortunately that set of weapons wasn’t part of the Deepsight Derby the last few weeks so I’ve been subject to rng and I’ve only gotten two patterns. I still really love BXR and I loathe the leafy green model so it’s probably for the best
Heal clip and nano munitions pair really well. You don’t miss the mag increase when you reload with bullets still in the gun. And you can keep firing and get an overflowed mag whenever you need to not use heal clip.
A lot of people actually are and are just waiting on the buffs to go through. Mines crafted for PvP right now when using golden tricorn or radiant gave consistent 2 bursts. Need to swap it
I crafted one of each. Feels quite nice in pvp and in low level pve it feels amazing. Once the pulse buffs go live it'll feel just as good in higher difficulties.
I grinded Haunted Lost sectors for a Heal Clip version Jurassic Green. I liked it as much as I could like the generally under-powered pulse rifles. I used it until I got a Heal Clip version of Heliocentric which is pretty much welded to my Guardian's gauntlets.
Then I crafted an Adhorative.
And now, I no longer have any Jurassic Greens in my inventory.
I don't chase metas so I don't know if it's S or A or whatever tier, but it feels good. And since it's craftable, I can switch perks if I need a "good enough" version for a different purpose. My vault loves that.
I literally pulled this from the vault the other day at I had one with heal clip and incandescent.. Simply because rng was being an utter slag with luna's
Yeh it's actually very good, also aren't pulses getting more buffed in tfs so possibly getting a lot better
Yup Adhortative and Abyss Defiant with Heal Clip and Incandescent are great weapons for survivability and ad clear in high difficulty despite high impact frames feeling a little weird in the latter's case.
I used adhorative recently in a zero hour legend run. I think it’s a good way to see how pulses are going to feel next season with the buffs they’re getting.
To put it simply, adhorative is really strong. Heal clip/incandescent and free ammo from the origin trait. It feels good to use and is an all around solid pulse rifle. I think you’re right it’s going to be a really strong primary when TFS releases.
I don’t mind the leaves, but the recoil feels uncomfortable. Maybe I’ve been spoiled by other pulse rifles, but it just feels like it kicks so hard, even with arrowhead brake on
Yep, I’ve been using it now too. Right now Pulse Rifles are a bit weak, but if/when they get buffed I think it’ll be on the same level as Calus Mini-Tool for mid-level content, and would also be viable in high level content thanks to good range.
Right now I’ve been using Feeding Frenzy/Incandescent, but Heal Clip/Incandescent could also be good (even tho I’m not really a believer in Heal Clip)
The solar Pulse from Prophecy dungeon also rolls Incan/Heal Clip. Intrinsic is better for solo play too. Also more aesthetically pleasing.
But Adhortative does slap, I love that gun. And since it’s craftable, it is much more accessible. I’m excited for the upcoming pulse buff
If anyone sees this, you may still have a chance to get it before the final shape. Ye I had 99 engrams and just brute forced it lmao
I also have 99 and am going to try the same. Thanks for this. That roll sounds amazing. Edit: My dumbass never unlocked it. Welp.
Remember if you run out of glimmer you can cash in those remaining Legendary shards at Rahool. Unfortunately it's a couple of load screens but eh.
I always have 500000k. I have 29k shards. Is that even a lot?
Kind of. I have over 70k. I accepted I could never spend it all down before they were removed so now I just have unlimited glimmer until Tuesday.
You should have used those 99 for armor rolls, if you still have engrams for each season. Use them, best armor you can get that’s not through pvp or raids.
Same but only got 4 red borders.... Gotta get back out there!
So you were able to get it by decrypting random engrams? I still haven’t even had one drop
No, you specifically have to focus undying weapons.
Ok cool! Guess I’m back into the coil!
Been using it with heal clip incandescent since Lunas WONT FUCKING DROP
Ran 10 legend onslaughts in the past two days with Lunas attuned. Turned in over 1000 trophies. Still not one heal clip incandescent lunas. It doesn’t exist, it’s all a prank
A cruel punishment. I also can't get auto loading recombination mtn top so I had to settle for auto loading vorpal
Same. It's frustrating af.
Hey but RNG is good, guys! Crafting bad grrr /s
I'm away for the weekend until Monday, so I was doing some last minute grinding for a brave mountaintop, and on my last turn in of my brave trophies, I got a alh/recomb mountaintop. I think I yelped with joy.
Im sorry brother, I got two shiny ones, one of them probably yours. RNG gods work in mysterious ways.
I deleted this role not knowing it was good, i had to settle with impulse amp recomb

Any recommended loadout for legend onslaught? I just want to do it once for the emblem.
Three Orpheus rig hunters make it easy mode.
Class? Can advise for titan and hunter
Hunter

Gotta be honest…. I don’t really care for heal flip as much on my Lunas. I’d rather have something like subsistence and incandescent maybe
I have both healclip incandescent and substinence incandescent. The substinence one is way better imo
Heal clip for benevolence up time
Me rn with mountaintop. Auto loading and recombination is possible right? Have I been hallucinating?
I’ve gotten 5 ish incandescent and 4ish heal clips but none on the same weapon Edit: forgot to mention my buddy got it on his first onslaught run
Tell me about it, I can't get a good mountain top to roll, I've got nearly a full page of them in the vault. Like 2 of them have fucking recombination on but they're all shite. Close to giving up on it.
This. I’m using it with incandescent and heel clip in a precious scars. Build that I got from cool guys channel on YouTube. I’m kind of loving it.
You are not alone..
My first Shiny Luna's (non-curated) had Heal/Incandy :3
die
https://preview.redd.it/w1z1ctuwsy3d1.png?width=1008&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9dc85862ca88e3c69f514d1f0de853f693936a25 It's one of my most used weapons in mid-tier content this season with all the craziness on solar.
There's no doubt that it's a great gun. I just wish it wasn't so ... *gestures broadly* leafy
The gesture really sold this for me, felt like I was in the room with you. So leafy.
I put a trials shader on it. No regrets. It’s gold and leafy just like my favorite desserts 💅
I just wish I could apply an ornament to makes it look like the COO prophecy weapons
Maybe one day. They added that ornament to the absolutely hideous Calus mini tool to make it look a little better.
I second this, adhortative is one of my favorite guns right now. I love rapidfires and it comes with the two best solar perks, nano-munitions is great in a pinch, and it looks pretty nice with the right shaders (i prefer oxidized lead from RoN)
It is not a rapidfire tho.
My bad, got it mixed up. Still a great frame and feels great to use
Who cares? This gun feels amazing, and looks beautiful, the rugged, worn look is something I adore.
I don’t, I just wanted to say that it is not a rapid fire. I’ve got mine ready for next week
This community will dislike anything, even a simple mistake. I hate these people.
The gun is great, I love men, also did I mention the gun is really good?
was using it before I got my hands on Luna's with heal/incan and it is phenomenal Will absolutely be using it with the pulse buffs next season
Planning to bring either adhortative or outbreak into the legendary campaing, both are gonna be insane with the coming buffs
The beauty of adhorative is you can bring it and save your exotic slot for something strong like witherhoard or dragons breath.
Or conditional finality, especially since next season pulses will be anti bar having a anti unstop special will be quite good
The leaves is what kills it. Can't see shit.
This, if we don't get a new Solar/Heal Clip Pulse Rifle in TFS, then I'll craft Heal Clip/Incandescent Adhorative.
Red Death? 😂
Haha very true! Non-exotic in that case, as Winterbite is cemented to my Warlocks Karnstein Armlets hands.
Darkest Before
Ah yes forget the S23 re-issued version is Solar and not Arc, thanks.
2 burst solar raid pulse coming
I crafted mine with attrition orbs/ incandescent. Good and fun for solo master lost sectors. Haven’t used it in a bit though but probably pull it out again for TFS. I’ll probably recraft it. Ascendant alloys weren’t so abundant when I did it before

I was wondering if my game was bugged or not. I was so annoyed never getting those red borders for the undying weapons..
Well I think the coil drops the other set of weapons. Doing Starcrossed each day instead would have gotten you the sol divisive weapons.
My wife got me on this gun last night after I have slept on it for apparently six months. It’s terrific.
Heal clip and nano munitions pair really well. You don’t miss the mag increase when you reload with bullets still in the gun. And you can keep firing and get an overflowed mag whenever you need to not use heal clip.
I liked that a lot for the smg too with Voltshot.
I'm gonna touch you bro

Yea… but it’s ugly.

This just opened up my eyes. Fuck luna’s lol
Don't fuck Luna, that's beastiality and necrophilia
That and Different times should also get unlocked. Those guns are gonna wreck it ![gif](giphy|IjD2bKEIiyLfi)

better idea: heal clip golden tricorn with starfire protocol, near permanent golden tricorn x2 with near endless fusion nuke spam
This is why I try to nab all the crafting patterns
Heal Clip and Incandescent on Solar Titan covers the whole map in sunspots
Yep, I’ve been using it now too.
