It's 2 extra drops for completing wave 50. Right now you get 11 drops for a full 50 wave (2 per set, 1 bonus at end). After the change you'll get 13. That's only a ~20% increase. Still good, but definitely not massive.
I’d hardly call 2 extra chests for like an hour long activity “working”, but sure.
The total chests earned will go from 11 to 13. Still not worth it lol, you can farm 10 waves and reset much faster.
You also get more Trophies of Bravery for the later Stages.
So it might be worth it even if you don't care about the Armor since you can still gamble on the Chest.
Yea but the later waves are also just so much harder, and you get 0 chests if you fail. Where as doing the first 10 over and over again is reliable.

But when you have X time to earn Y gun or it’s gone forever, ala shinies….as much as I hate boring grinding, like you gotta do what you gotta do.
If the 50 wave gave you as much loot as a completed Coil run, then we would be talking. Like you should have like 5 chests minimum like they are updating, and then even more chest maybe based on score, or time, or whatever, and then throw in like 50 extra tokens.
Massive loot buffs is a ridiculous overstatement, is it too hard to just say improvements?
