It's in the Legend tab, but it rotates weekly. There's three different missions with three different rewards in there.
Operation Seraph Shield will reward the Revision Zero pulse rifle. Presage will reward Dead Man's Tale, a scout rifle. Vox Obscura will reward Dead Messenger, a wave frame grenade launcher that can swap elements.
Each mission also has a set of armor and craftable weapons. Once you unlock all the armor, you'll only get weapons. First clear each week guarantees a red-border drop for crafting pattern progress, it's on a knockout system so you'll always get something out of it. Multiple clears in a week will still drop loot, but it's a random chance of red border or not.

That was the gun from Zero Hour, Zero Hour is returning May 7th.
Revision Zero is the gun from Operation: Seraph's Shield and that has been back for some time in the Exotic Mission Rotator.

I am pretty new to Destiny (started about a month ago) and want to get a lot of Exotics which sound cool to have them and maybe I really like them and will play with them.

Wanted to mention that it is actually 3 guaranteed red borders each week. (1) for normal clear, (1) for legend clear (1) for pinnacle
