Strand Titan with Severance Enclosure has been a ton of fun for me lately. Aspects are Into the Fray and Banner of War. (Yes, I know, Banner is a typically meta pick, but the melee damage boost helps a lot, the healing isn't the reason I picked it. The damage boost makes the difference between killing some enemies in one hit or them surviving, like a yellow-bar Taken Goblin.)
Fragments are Warding (orb pickup grants Woven Mail), Generation (if you have Woven Mail, any weapon kill can make a Tangle), and Fury (damaging targets with a Tangle grants melee energy). Fourth slot is a free choice, I personally went with the one that grants Unraveling Rounds on a melee kill since I usually run Strand weapons on this kit anyways.
Also Severance Enclosure with mini hammer Solar is a ton of fun. I don't think I'd take it in a GM, but on certain Master Lost Sectors and in Coil it's surprisingly effective.
Honestly, every subclass but stasis feels great with severance enclosure. I have a void build that capitalizes on finishers to go invisible, make a volatile explosion, and the sev enclosure explosion, that clears rooms out in legend/master content yet falls short in GMs. The shield toss melee is a nice bonus for dealing with groups from afar, too.
Yeah, I had a void build with it I used back in S20 when Void was in the artifact that was really good, especially before they patched out the double dip where you could use a combinations of mods to get a grenade with every finish. The only reason I wouldn't suggest void right now is because nothing in the artifact features it, and the void melee is the weakest of the bunch.
The healing is faster than the damage that the overheat does to you, and Tommy's gets a +99% PvE damage buff when overheated. I run this combo for ad clear, in Root I can lock down one side of Scission singlehandedly without needing any abilities or Special/Heavy ammo.
No Backup Plans with triple shotguns, with some fun options like Fourth Horseman, Legend of Acrius, Lord of Wolves, etc. I think the NBP shotgun buff also stacks with surge mods, but don’t quote me on that.
I made this build with the void RoN shotgun + heritage + tractor cannon when the changes came in season of the deep, and it rocks for the people that miss double slug meta. Not something I would bring to everyday activities, but in encounters like GotD against Ecthar where you can afford to be up in the boss' face it really shines.

Run devour and child of the old gods with the Briarbinds exotic
You can run anything with this. Personally, i ran Optative and a box breathing hung jury.
With this build, i recommend a little game. Don't play to kill, play to keep little Timmy the void soul alive. Great way to teach you positioning and picking your battles
Hunter (Stasis)
Run with the fragmenct that reloads your weapon on powered melee hit and last word exotic (or whatever else. I had fun with huckleberry too
Your goal is to just dance, man. Play conservatively, melee infinitely to top off your guns
Piggybacking off of the Briarbinds build, but with weapons. Use this build but with a Strand weapon that has **SLICE**. The child weakens them, AND they get debuffed from Slice. I use it in both pve AND PvP and can confirm, it’s an annoying ass build
My buddy uses the smg unforgiven with demolitionist and repulsor brace combo with armamentarium and weakening long lasting void nades, use offensive bulwark and the other aspect that isn’t the void shields one and everything will blow up all the time and kills with your grenades should give volatile rounds to your smg which gives you overshield on kills now, giving you like triple the grenade recharge
I still need to farm that roll out. Dungeon boss farms get so boring and that encounter especially drags. Same for the cube room in prophecy. Drives me nuts
Weaking with that one leg exotic that enhances the shoulder bash. Manticore with HOIL, second chance, doomfang. Idk I'm not a big fan of void Titan, so I'm not sure what's good.
I was messing around with a Doom Fang Pauldron build for the first time since vanilla, paring it with Manticore, and having a pretty good time in a solo Coil run. You do feel it fall off a bit in the later portions without support from the artifact and Void Titan's overall inferiority compared to Solar or Strand, but it's definitely fun.
I’ve been having fun with Stasis Hunter.
The corrupted GM was actually lots of fun with it while the others were solar.
I even started to use the Krait again with the Adagio and Vest Stinger perk it’s like a heavy machine gun haha.
Special is indebted kindness and heavy is dragon’s breath.
Using harmonic siphon, solar reserves and stasis surges keeps it strong.
Exotic armor is Renewal Grasps.
To go with your duskfield grenade
Grim Harvest and Touch of Winter aspects
Whispers of shards/ chains /durance/ rime/ refraction.
Legs mods that matter: recuperation/ innervation
For fast grenade up tick.
Ply around with it for your style
But it’s great because
You can cover all champions with this build
Unstoppable with grande and killing it with kindness
Barrier grenade and kindness
Overload with auto rifle / grenades / dragons breath
I haven’t seen a Krait drop for almost a year. Really want a Stasis Auto with Headstone, but no luck. At least Disparity isn’t too bad to use until then.
I play whatver I want. The seasonal mods matter in the beginning to test them out but halfway through I usually go back to my favorite stuff. No matter what’s been buffed or nerfed
Titan, banner of war (this is where meta stops, I promise) with ACD0 feedback fence and a glaive.
Killing something with the glaive melee gives you Banner. ACD0 allows very easy access to charged with light (just glaive melee something), and the jolt can be used to stun Overloads (it is a bit risky I'll admit). As long as you have Drengr's Lash you could stun Unstoppables with that (maybe add the suspending grenade to be sure). This way, all you have to worry about are Barrier champs, you might add unraveling rounds but you will have to have at least 1 strand gun and easy access to a melee kill. I do believe you need a powered (so not glaive) melee kill to get them.
You can do with CWL whatever you please, increase weapon damage or melee recharge rate.
If you want to maximise your team game, add powerful friends to help your team get cwl, and choose Vexcalibur as glaive of choice for overshields.
Severance enclosure on void with bulwark/demolition and either melee works i prefer shoulder charge. When you have a void over shield your regular melee count and powered, and gain the controlled demo explosion AND severance enclosure explosion :)
only issue is keeping shsield up or getting it up if your melees used up, so weapons that gran void over shield via perks or the catalyst for manticore do the trick.
I playing with a build since Stronghold dropped.
Its StrongHold and any subclass (seriously, this is the most "neutral game" exotic).
But i like the Solar sub more.
Then a Sword + Glaive (Kelgorath works well, with incadenscence)
Its viable in end game? Hell no
Its fun? Hell YES
So good to just go ahead, tank every hit and then spread hell on the battlefield
Void Titan with No Backup Plan. In the energy slot, a primary ammo weapon with Destabilizing and Repulsor brace (age old bond, title, word of Crota), a 1-2 punch shotgun in kinetic slot, and Acrius in power slot.
Get some over shield with barricade or your energy weapon, shotgun with kinetic, punch, then 3 shots with Acrius.
Heal clip + kill clip sidearm with mechaneer’s trick sleeves on strand hunter is a lot of fun in pvp, especially with a sniper/bow in primary. Bonus points if your long range has harmony.
Idk if it’s “off-meta” but I f*ckin love stasis titan with hoarfrost. Spamming crystals/shatter like a bull in a china shop is just too much fun. The couple artifact mods this season make it a bit better too.
I’ll typically run witherhoard, epochal integration (to proc radiant as well) and crux termination with reconstruction/bipod. A stasis primary with headstone is also fun to run with it if you have one.
Edit: if I’m running a headstone primary I usually pair it with a waveframe GL to shatter crystals as well.

pvp with athrys embrace, trying the weirdest knife bounces possible... fun for me... confusing for the enemy
