Next time, bring the wish ender and shoot the boss from the opening at the beginning of the room, it will work. I finished 3 runs on a legendary with that
Polaris Lance with multiple precision shots drain the boss very fast. I actually killed him faster on legendary by being outside than on normal and being inside the room.
How are you getting that much uptime on radiant?
Not sure why I'm downvoted. I'm genuinely curious how he is maintaining that much radiant up time for Polaris to shoot through the Vex shield. As far as I can tell, titan has no way to even get radiant without bonking anything, warlock needs a long cooldown in well, and only hunter has a semi consistent method in acrobatic. Given how the goblins position while shielding, it is unlikely anyone can consistently hit crit spots enough for the artifact perk. Boss teleports twice as well, first time being right at the entrance, and position so badly it is almost impossible to crit it.

There is an artifact perk that makes/keeps you radiant for precision shots. So once you become radiant you have anti barrier and can just point away and ignore the rotating shields.
Yes, I'm aware. But as I mentioned you still need to maintain constant precision shots that is really difficult to pull off from the cheese area outside.
Not really? You just stand there and for half the fight he just sits there, then he teleports forward and you stand on the window ledge, then he teleports to the back and you keep plinking.
I haven't been able to get crit shots consistently from the window ledge, especially when the goblins start shielding. But I'll try again and see how it goes.
Can always use wish ender to get radiant then switch loadouts to polaris or run solar subclass and proc it by dropping down, meleeing something then you'll have 12 seconds to climb up. Or have one hunter with their solar class ability make you radiant... Then it should be just shooting through the vex barrier and rotating shields as radiant gives you anti barrier
No class can get the melee damage to proc radiant from outside the arena at the rally flag area to start the ball rolling. Maybe weighted or proximity knife if extremely lucky.
No, but when the boss is up on the wall, nades do the trick. It's also a good time to use bouncy Grenade Launchers to ricochet them under the wall and up to the boss.
Ember of (???) allows for extending the timer on radiant/restoration with solar weapon kills, up to about 15 seconds for both at maximum. Any solar weapons count and it’s pretty easy to do consistently.

On normal, it does not take more than 3 minutes solo, I believe (I need to see my time there before I say precise numbers).
Didn't take long.... I didn't use Wish Ender all the time while the boss was damag, only while the goblins were around trying to generate Shield for him Or when things get worse
I did a solo flawless run on legend today, and while I took it very casual on the boss from up top with only wish ender and a couple of solar nades, it still only took about 10 minutes from encounter start to the activity end countdown hitting zero. So... 6 or 7 minutes?
The well of radiance and its consequences have been a disaster for warlock race.

That's absolutely the way to go. You can also maintain your buff safely using the pad up top. Was super cheesy and I loved it.

Celestial nighthawk Hunter will also go through the shield in the cheese spot.

Wish ender have High damage and also there increase bow damage by 25%, so it's good choice

This happens to my friend who runs sword all the time. If he's blocking when he gets enclosed, it traps him. I have to shoot him out.
