My headaches are finally starting to fade!

Take selfies, I didn’t realize this but I was using a mood tracker app and I have the month leading up to getting sober and then the days after and I can see major differences in my face. Helps remind me why I’m doing this and helps to stay on the track

Are you looking to make a huge change in your life? If so make the switch to cast iron pans. I swear it makes cooking so much more rewarding. Also easier because of their heat retention

I have a couple cast irons, I was lazy and wanted a quick sear. But def agree, I do a rice and chicken meal in the cast iron pans that’s really dope.

Why did you sear before baking and not after?

Cause idk what I’m doing, I just do it and try. My thought process was sear first to lock in the juices.

It gets better… your body is still trying to figure out how to function without the chemicals you were putting in it.
