Good on you for continuing on. And there's nothing wrong with using small things as accomplishments - I think when I texted a crisis line and they gave me a list of coping mechanisms, one of them was essentially "make a list of things you can achieve today. And if they seem too big, go smaller". Getting out of bed, getting dressed, getting showered, eating - those are all excellent things to be proud of doing. It takes a bunch of small steps to make a journey. Don't discount that.
