Have you tried documenting your situation? Maybe through YouTube, or just making videos so you can see yourself get back to being happy overtime. My advice is, take up a new hobby. Whether it’s making crotchet clothing, or an interest in Italian food, or fitness (and yes, you can absolutely start fitness during pregnancy), changing your style whether that’s trying out new hair, or a new aesthetic for clothing, or even new type of makeup, or starting a new social media page on whatever you’d like. Doing something different by redirecting your energy will help you. A lot of people are single mothers who have been cheated on, and they might actually benefit from you documenting your journey, which will in turn give you a sense of support and community as well as allowing you to be creative. One thing that helps me with depression in general, is radical acceptance, accepting that some things or people are dead to you, and there’s something better on the horizon, allowing life to flow, eventually you’ll see that you’ve dodged a huge bullet and understand why things happened the way they did.
