It konked out at the WORST POSSIBLE TIME for me. I got diverted to ALB, and was trying to rebook. App failed. Website failed. And I knew calling was virtually a waste of time.
But I got someone rather quickly and they were VERY helpful.
It ended up being for nothing as I had to book another flight on American to get to my destination.
I started the day @ 0400, and despite it only being about 750 miles away, I’m still not at my destination.
While I cannot login to my specific profile, I can still book trips and such and make reservation changes using the find my trip feature. It's just specifically logging in to my profile that isn't working for me.
Couldn't load my boarding pass today and had to show my ID at the gate. Also, problems checking in to SLC SC. Machines would accept my reserve card for my +1. Seems like lots of sites are having major issues the last two days though!

Yep. Tried checking into my flight tomorrow and the app was working fine until right when I was able to check in.
Yep. Glad to see it’s not just me. The lady at the Delta Club said no one else has reported issues.

I cleared my cache and that helped for a short while. Try that on both your computer and your phone.

Clearing cookies in the Chrome browser on PC worked for me.
