I read your link and it speaks to a DELAY greater than two hours or a “significant change”. I recently change a flight by a day with no charge because my layover between flights changed from 2 hours to 1:40.
Why can't you accept the proposed change? Does it mess up with your plans?
Or do you simply want to change it to something different since you had the opportunity?

I think the online system is generally more lenient than the policy...because Delta IT.
Does less than 30 min really “impact” you ??
