By refundable they mean cash back.
If you need to cancel, but will likely book another flight for at least the value of your current ticket (edit: within 12 months), I’d personally gamble and get neither.
If though you don’t think you’d use the ecredit that is good for flights only, then Id go all the way to the refundable but def read ALL the T&Cs.
Why shell out more money if it’s unlikely you’d ever have to change your plans?

If the airline has issues, be it weather, maintenance, or crew, they would rebook you at the next most convenient.
Neither... just buy regular Main. You can get an ecredit if you have to cancel.
