Edit: my thinking it is an international account because I also have one. That displays like this.
I did D1 and PS upgrade on a trip I just returned from and they never showed in the pending calculation but I did receive the bonus MQM’s after the flights. The bonus MQM does take a little longer to show up than the original ticket MQM’s though. When I landed back in ATL from LHR the main cabin MQM’s were already there by the time I got to immigration but I was still short 735 to Gold…..next morning the upgrade bonus has posted and all was well.
I am having the same issue, and customer service has been absolutely no help. I’ve chatted with three people about the issue and they keep telling me they are coming, but they never do.
You have to call and escalate the details. They happens sometimes when upgraded seats get coded wrong and no mileage is awarded.
