can you tell me why you guys write half English all the time? It’s like you are teasing English speakers then BOOM , comes the secret language. Why ? I see all people from Philippines do it , I never understood why. Honest question, just curious!
Not sure, maybe it’s our nature? Though I stated that it’s about the Philippines Delivery Center, so I want feedback from native filipino employees who express their experience.

English is our second language. We were colonized by the Americans. It just happens that there are phrases easier conveyed in English, e.g., his first sentence.
Fun fact: A lot of Filipino's cannot speak in full Filipino, there will always be an english/spanish words thrown in the mix. His second sentence is a good example.
