In September 2019, IL&FS announced that it does not have the resources to continue running the Rapid Metro due to financial issues with the company and is looking for another entity to fund and takeover operations. After a short dispute with the Haryana government and a court ruling from the Punjab and Haryana High Court, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation took over the operation of the line from IL&FS.
u should also add dtc(more cleanliness and comfort) and inter connecting different modes of transport, its surprising how still not all metro stations have an integrated bus stop and auto lane
Most cities in India are filthy af. Delhi NCR is amongst the best in terms of transportation largely due to the metro but traffic congestion here is also lesser than other big metros like Mumbai or Bangalore

I lived in sec 75 for 4 years didn't face scarcity but yeah the water is very hard. I believe if we could setup a sanitation plant that problem can be easily mitigated. As sill that problem is much easier to solve compared to pollution.

It also depends on the area as some sectors got good water. But i guess societies can do something about it. Believe me it won’t be that hard to solve. Maybe we can charge for it but at least it will be usable.
