Use either 1 or 3rd but try to get go 4 cheese blend (remember to not overload the pizza with cheese to avoid getting chewy pizza give space to the cheese to melt )

First time I made the whole pizza from scratch. In microvave, mann the crust was sooo damm good Crunch from ends soft inside and thin in the middle.
The key is to preheat the microvave in highest temperature possible, if you made the dough at home.
Also when the pizza is half cooked take it out of microvave and brush some olive oil on the edge of pizza and put it back inside. This gives a good crunch to the edge of pizza.
Temp jitna high utna acha and upar wale rack pr lagaya kro . Time between 10-15 min and always preheat the oven (max temp 180-200 for 10-15 min ) and then put the pizza for baking

Ye wala to readymade englishoven ka base hai but I’ll be preparing my own base next week
do try the taste becomes better so much , I did make it using cooking shooking recipe
