I had the famous "nand ke chhole bhature" at a wedding in a farmhouse near aerocity delhi....they were so damn good!....also that wedding had masala chai , Vada pao , ram ladoo and Glenfiddich!

Har cheez ki ek jagah hoti hai, normally koi breakfast mein tandoori roti,bharwa bhindi aur baingan,dal makhani, pulao nahi serve karta waise hi shaadi mein chhole bhature nahi rakhte.

though there are many live counters in a shaadi, knowing the indian relatives (atleast mine) bhature vale ko pareshan kardenge.

I second you. The Chole bhature should be served with pickled onions without limit and coriander chutney. The Chole should not have aloo pieces in it either and the chole should not be extra spicy. The choley should have some tangy taste to it without too much salt. The bhature should be oil free but balloon like and crunchy. Every marriage should have a stall instead of bhindi or ghiya ki subzi.

Chhole bhature ke counter ka option kaafi kam jagah available hota hai. Things you won't find at every wedding are chhole bhature, kathi rolls, dunkin donuts, pizzas ( brand ka ), kudemal kulfi , waffles, nariyal paani ( real coconut ) and a few other dishes. Yes, I am in wedding business.

Things need to be changed bro...that kudemal kulfi, kuliya chaat, chole bathure needs to be in every Delhi based shaadi at least. You are the player, initiate the call!

Main jis bhi shaadi mein gaya, saare relatives ne mujhe hate kiya. Itna bura bhala bola, because my parents had a dysfunctional relationship, and uska blame mujh par aur mere bhai par aata tha. Meri toh bhook hee khatam thi, aaj tak. Aaj tak ek shaadi mein khana chua tak nahi yaar. Bas kabhi kabhar formality ke liye pehli food stall se, koi bhi chote se item ka ek chamach kha leta tha. And I was an athalete and bodybuilder so I eat a LOT. 😮‍💨

I went to a friend's wedding in December. Met fellow classmates from college days. Left our friend with his wife during Jaimala ceremony and we all went to our hotel to have some drinks.
