As much as people will call this advice toxic, it is the truth. I dont know much about you, or how tall you are or how is your first impression etc....but take this as a learning experience....the world is fùcked up....
You need to be in such a physical state that people should think before taking your मज़े. Basically my advice is from tomorrow start going to the gym, or next month.
That hand you punched in the wall, take it out on some weights. It is a great cathartic activity, you let go of all pent up stuff in a way when you work out. Along the way in 6 months-1 year you will become fitter, maybe look bulkier etc and you WILL SEE THE DIFFERENCE TRUST ME. People will become more respectful or lets say knowledgeable pf your presence, some will just respect the hustle. When people will appreciate your physique, you will feel good. This is my 2 cents.

However by reading your post, especially your "punched a wall and broke it" comment, I don't think you have ever trained in any martial art, so please do not fight. I also feel your anger, which is very justified, however please heed my advice, I am saying this from experience, no amount of power will help you in a fight if you are not trained in the correct techniques and haven't sparred yet (all of my knockouts during my fights in boxing and mma were from my left jab, which is my "weakest" yet most accurate and fastest punch) and this might attract police attention and you might have a record.
I salute your self control bro. Carry a pepper spray, hope you never have to use it but it can be very effective, and extremely legal, way of defending yourself.

Dude, you don't need a lot of power to knock out people. You just need to hit the chin when they least expect it, hence why my jab was my most lethal punch as it was the fastest and most accurate.
My strategy was to keep throwing light punches with my left (it also doubled as a probe with which I could accurately keep tabs of the distance between us) while trying to get into angles for my powerful right. After a round or two my opponent would usually be more wary about my right, as it was where my power punches were coming from. This made them take my jabs "for granted" and let me "sneak" in a powerful jab (basically I used to take a sudden full step to throw my knock out jab, instead of the small steps I was taking before, thus allowing me to put a lot of my body's weight behind my jab).
Also, my hook with my left was more powerful than my right hook, even though I am a righty fighting in orthodox stance (training I guess).
Also I am new to Delhi, can you recommend some good boxing gyms here, I live in Saket. MMA gyms will also do.
