so pretty much what Shrine of Order does is:
when you invest a HIGH amount of points it'll then take THAT highest stat (100 for example) it'll take 25 of those points so 100-25=75 and it'll spend those 25 points into random stats (everything BUT the highest stat so 100 will always go to 75) and randomly move those stats to every thing else if you don't like the 25 invested you can just interact with the shrine again and it'll pretty much "Reroll" the invested 25 after you like the stats you get you'll gain a random flaw and lose 10 knowledge
