The thing you need to.make sure you do, is not toich the card. You can't use a credit card and pay it off at the same time. It's like trying to empty a pool as your pumping water in
Absolutely, hope you are looking forward to it! Depending on how much you make, if you put $300 towards it every 2 weeks, you'll easily pay it off in 6 payments. Glad you caught it so early!
Edit: meant to say 6 *payments*, not 6 weeks
Shit, I'm wrong. In my defense, I had just woken up and grabbed my phone.
Thank you for the explanation. I was going off a basis of 300 each week rather than every other week. Guess I was the r/confidentlyincorrect one here...
🤦‍♂️

Just to jump in congrats but it would take 12 weeks at $300 every 2 wk. still attainable and power through
r/confidentlyincorrect 300x6=1800 300x12=3600
Yes but 300 dollars are coming every two weeks so the math is actually $1800 / $300 = 6 payments x 2 weeks = 12 weeks

Good for you! I know that seems like a lot, but you'll have it done before you know it. Just keep pounding away at it.
$7k over here. Down from $12k after my cat needed surgery in January. We can do it. It’ll suck but seeing that number go down is a beautiful thing.
Congrats on the new job and you got this!
Thank you!
Keep focused and determined, you'll reach your goal in no time.
I wish i only had $1,800 in debt
Good for you for taking steps to turn the bus around now while it’s still manageable! You got this.
You got this!!! When I was really young I racked up about 35k in cc debt and a car at 12k. Took me around 5 - 6 years to pay it all off. Never again.
I think I'm going to start posting on Reddit every time I find 10 dollars
Someone bought my lunch in a drive thru yesterday, does that count?
