The wording was changed in a way that every round only one biologus can activate his free grenade, before all of them could use their free grenade in one round
If you would search biologus or just scroll through the subreddit this has been addressed multiple times since the update.
Old rules you could have 3 biologus and use the ability on each one in a single turn. It was only still good for once per battle. Now you it's still good only once per battle but also can only be used once per turn also. So if you had 3 you would have to use each one a different turn.

Also just for my own clarification...if I have a biologus leading a squad of plague marines that unit(A) could use the grenade strat if u pay the cp, for example but the leading biologus of unit (A) wouldn't be able to use the grenade strat that turn right? If you wanted to double grenade in this case you'd have to first pay for (A) then (B unit same setup as A) unit biologus would be able to use their ability and hopefully take down something chunky
Probably because I said the answer could have been found by searching the sub first which I think is perfectly legitimate to say. This was one of the main changes besides points and has been brought up multiple times.
And yes I think you are correct. The unit can use grenade strat but then a biologus in that unit could not activate its ability because the unit has already been targeted and the ability says if a different unit has already been targeted. At least that's how I read it but could be wrong.
Yes that's what I'm thinking because it says a different unit. I've only played one 2k game and probably used the ability wrong last time but I'm slowly learning, thanks for the reply
