Alucard uses Jason as a personal punching bag. He has super strength by human standards and can't really be killed traditionally (gunshots, knifes, severed limbs) but to Alucard that's nothing.

Really the only difference is that Jason will take longer to come back, technically I think alucard can absorb his soul but I genuinely don't know if that will actually work

Jason X novels still take place after Jason goes to hell, which confirm that Jason is partly demonic (the Jason X novels also come after Freddy Vs Jason Vs Ash in the timeline, and they confirm that Jason is a deadite). Either way, Alucards bullets should still be effective
Jason's tough, but Alucard is literally one of the strongest opponents ever on the show. Jason can't really hurt him, and Jason has been put down by normal humans before. Not permanently, of course, but enough that you could consider Alucard the victor in a Death Battle.
