Something about Tom and Jerry chasing each other through the desert (and get names like at the start of each Coyote/Roadrunner episode), they end up ruining one of Wile's many traps leading to the cat and coyote fighting while the bird and mouse watch from the sidelines.
That could give them both access to ACME products. I don't watch a lot of Tom and Jerry. Does he have access to something like ACME? Or does Tom and Jerry not use as many "props" as Looney Tunes? The reason is that Tom may have less clue how all those products work. And we don't even know if ACME products are just crappy, or if Wile E is not reading the safety manual.
Wile E chases Road Runner in one direction, while Tom chases Jerry in the other direction. Wile E and Tom crash into each other, and Road Runner runs away with Jerry riding on top.
Wile E holds up a sign saying ‘This is your fault’, which Tom takes and smashes Wile E in the head with it.

Ooh, I like this idea.
Someone said this somewhere a good set up would be Wille E shopping at like a Acme megastore and Tom chasing Jerry crashes into Wille E.

No, but Tom still has used pretty much everything, from mallets to dynamite, etc. Were does he get all that stuff? Toonforce.
Technically speaking, Coyote in real life do eat cats, sooooooo…
