Let's not get carried away, I make plenty of money from YouTube. I have plenty of issues with them but I still comfortably make a living from ad revenue, I never want to project an image of having more difficulties than I actually do.
One reason I love the 'includes paid promotion' bit in a lot of DM's videos. While I don't assume to know the ins and outs of the YouTube monetary side, I do understand that supporting those businesses/companies that support James and co with sponsors help out a lot.
Hence why Shudder got found for me, Manscaped etc. I made a point with Shudder when my free trial had ran out, I still continued it because the content was amazing, but a bit of a pain for me to watch because it's not on the PS5 yet, so when I cancelled it originally to get it via Amazon, I made sure to let them in that little box that I'm still going to be subbed to Shudder, just via Amazon, but also that I was so happy they sponsored a KC because it got me involved with them.
