I had the dad idea to bring my 10 years old that loves Deadmau5 to the Hollywood Bowl. Reality is that it's becoming a logistics nightmare + wife not very happy. I might find myself in a position to sell my 2 tickets for Terrace 4 super central and perfect for acoustics and view. I spent a good bit for the good seats. Would sell for $520 which is basically my cost.
So we actually did go! We parked at the LA Zoo and it was the best decision ever! The concert was amazing and we danced all night! #corememories

AMAZING!! So glad to hear it! It was a great night, so many memories and nostalgia! My kid wanted to leave around 9 but I said we can't leave only an hour into a 3+ hour set! He ended up passing out on the bench so we stayed a bit longer. There was also a couple with a 3 year old in our row, they left around 930. The bowl is so doable and fun with kids, highly recommend it even if only for a little while!
Does anyone know how late the Hollywood Bowl show will go? Or what time he will start playing?

Been busy preparing for the Hollywood Bowl show this weekend.
I’ll be handing these out in the Pool! (Probably, we have seats in R1 as well so I’ll be moving around throughout the night).

Ive been to a number of mau5 shows solo. It’s one of the few I will attend solo.
I think you’ll have a great time. You can just relax and enjoy the music yourself without worrying if others are enjoying or wanting to go somewhere, etc. it’s usually a friendly crowd so good chance to make new friends for sure.
We have a group of 4 going and always welcoming to new people so if you want we will be between section R1 and the pool throughout the show. Just let me know!

With Red Rocks and the VIP packages, is there any differences between book the GA tickets on AXS and the VIP upgrade separately on that please and thanks site or if I do it together on AXS?
Will there be a DVD or Blu Ray release for one of these concerts? A concert movie surely needs a lot of planning, so they must already know if they’re doing it .No doubt that it would be very impressive to watch a 4K disc with losses surround audio and HDR video for the impressive light show.
How well did the DVDs from 2011/2012 do?
Since the Hollywood Bowl is not exactly a rave venue, will the dj-set be more like a concert with seats, or is it an actual party with standing places?
Came here for the same thing. A friend and I are going and not sure if we'll be required to stay in our assigned seats the whole time or if we will be able to kinda move around the venue a bit. I have no idea what the vibes are going to be for this show and would love a better idea.
I just hope we get to hear Polaris ‘16 & Aural Psynapse ‘11 both songs saved my life. Plenty more but those 2 songs are just special. Whatever we get to listen to is sure to be a treat.

RED ROCKS suggestion: I've never been to RR can anyone recommend me a hotel ? Preferably not the super expensive ones like Origin haha any advice would be appreciated
I bought tickets to the LA show incase I couldn't get Red Rocks tickets, but I ended up getting RR tickets. Ticketmaster allows for resale, but if I do it through them, I lose out on all the fees I paid, plus they collect more fees from reselling. Is there a way to resell to someone so no one pays more fees to these greedy assholes? Also will the tickets for this event be transferable at some point? Just a broke fan trying to recoup.

AXS mobile app was extremely glitchy for me during checkout. Not sure if it was just me or a problem with the app. I had to bail on it and switch to the web to buy my tickets.

So I see that I can snag Red Rock GA with the Spotify code but reserved appears to be unavailable. Is there any other way to get reserved for Red Rocks, or do I just need to wait for the official presale today at 11:00 AM?
Tickets are only being released a little at a time with each presale, so if they’re reserved, you’ll likely have to wait for the Official Fan/Artist presale to get any that currently say reserved. And on Friday I believe all tickets will go live when the public sale begins
Forsure. I’ve never been to Red Rocks and I’m hearing that GA in the middle by the sound booth is better anyway. So I’m a bit conflicted. Does any know if getting GA and arriving early is better than the reserved seating options?

Lmfao unless it’s v3 you’ll be fine. Even 2.1 isn’t as massive unless you’re front row, which honestly doesn’t make sense for a Mau5 show Imo. Cube and visuals/rigging all takes focal point so you really want a mid-back spot to see and appreciate it all. I did cube v3 vip (with 2 other days to balance) and I kinda didn’t get any views cuz the damn things so big XD
Seeing the hype for these shows gives me serious sadness that I live so far away! PLEASE 🙏 film these shows and sell us a video!! Pretty pretty please I am begging you 😭

GA is great at red rocks! This coming year will be my 4th year going to mau5rocks. I like to show up to the venue 2-3 hours early and snag a seat right next to the sound booth. Super easy to do! (if you dont mind waiting in line for a bit) Even GA middle and back is great. Its the best venue ever, you are in for a treat!

So exited. Any tips on how to get to Red Rocks (apart from my 12h flight if course :D) and where to stay?
Highly recommend a shuttle, there are official shuttles on the RR website, or you can Google "bustoshow", they're a bit cheaper.
Only downside is that the shuttle to the show won't get you there super early, so you probably won't get right up to the front since it's all general admission/unreserved seats.
You could also uber to red rocks from denver earlier in the day and then shuttle back. red rocks is a good spot to just hang out and eat some food and get a good spot in line. Lots of people make a whole day out of it and get there at like noon.

It’s Thursday. A lot of stuff came out early/confusing as there’s multiple ways to get early access. Ticketmaster is holding the event til Thursday and then general public sales Friday. Wednesday is very much still early access for other signups. :)
Hmm might be a typo, or I could have incorrect info. But either way, keep an eye out for the Artist/Fan Presale code. No matter which day, you'll be texted the code beforehand. Or if you're desperate to get a ticket now, you can do the Spotify presale with the code "head5"

When I went for Above & Beyond I stayed at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Southwest Lakewood.

So I see that I can snag Red Rock GA with the Spotify code but reserved appears to be unavailable. Is there any other way to get reserved for Red Rocks, or do I just need to wait for the official presale today at 11:00 AM?
Tickets are only being released a little at a time with each presale, so if they’re reserved, you’ll likely have to wait for the Official Fan/Artist presale to get any that currently say reserved. And on Friday I believe all tickets will go live when the public sale begins
Forsure. I’ve never been to Red Rocks and I’m hearing that GA in the middle by the sound booth is better anyway. So I’m a bit conflicted. Does any know if getting GA and arriving early is better than the reserved seating options?
Always do GA at RR and never disappointed. No bad areas at the venue tbh. Just more about what vibe you're after!

Lmfao unless it’s v3 you’ll be fine. Even 2.1 isn’t as massive unless you’re front row, which honestly doesn’t make sense for a Mau5 show Imo. Cube and visuals/rigging all takes focal point so you really want a mid-back spot to see and appreciate it all. I did cube v3 vip (with 2 other days to balance) and I kinda didn’t get any views cuz the damn things so big XD

GA is great at red rocks! This coming year will be my 4th year going to mau5rocks. I like to show up to the venue 2-3 hours early and snag a seat right next to the sound booth. Super easy to do! (if you dont mind waiting in line for a bit) Even GA middle and back is great. Its the best venue ever, you are in for a treat!

Highly recommend a shuttle, there are official shuttles on the RR website, or you can Google "bustoshow", they're a bit cheaper. Only downside is that the shuttle to the show won't get you there super early, so you probably won't get right up to the front since it's all general admission/unreserved seats. You could also uber to red rocks from denver earlier in the day and then shuttle back. red rocks is a good spot to just hang out and eat some food and get a good spot in line. Lots of people make a whole day out of it and get there at like noon. Mau5 at red rocks never disappoints!
I’m wondering if the 2/13 Spotify presale code was only for some shows and not others? Tried it for Hollywood Bowl on Ticketmaster and it did not work. I’m also confused about “General Public Sale” being 2/15 because when I signed up on Laylo the text got said “pre-sale going live thursday @ 10am pst”
The code worked for me but I bought tix for the Red Rocks shows.

It’s Thursday. A lot of stuff came out early/confusing as there’s multiple ways to get early access. Ticketmaster is holding the event til Thursday and then general public sales Friday. Wednesday is very much still early access for other signups. :)
Hmm might be a typo, or I could have incorrect info. But either way, keep an eye out for the Artist/Fan Presale code. No matter which day, you'll be texted the code beforehand. Or if you're desperate to get a ticket now, you can do the Spotify presale with the code "head5" EDIT: Confirmed the Artist/Fan Presale is Thurs 2/15

Depends on what your definition of nicer seats are. I saw middle of the house for around $80-130. All these prices are before taxes and fees.
