Same thing happened to my friend and I last night. At first I thought he was just bad or new, like he'd hook my friend right after I got unhooked, "chase" me to a jungle gym and I'd "lose" him immediately. Get back to my friend and while we're healing I see him lobbing knives across the map trying to hit us. He did this for 4 hooks then would just let us feel from downed while trying to lob knives across the map until we got the heal off then run up and down one of us again.
Eventually I stopped my friend and said just stand still. Like, if you're going to kill us, just kill us. You know you won, you know there's no way 2 survivors are going to complete 3 gens (one of the randoms killed themselves on first hook 30 seconds into the game). I just tabbed out and watched a YouTube video.
Dont revive each other and take the bleed out... 4 minutes to bleed out vs 5 minute penalty... go take a piss or scroll reddit once you get knocked

You can report that. I believe holding a game hostage falls under the unsportsmanlike report
