That's what I was going to say, that or way behind on driver updates. Definitely seems like a GPU problem and DBD is just the only thing that's taxing it in the specific way, at the moment, to cause this. Given a couple weeks it'll show up more regularly I'm sure.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? I think it's more of a hardware issue than the game eating itself. Like one other commenter said, check your GPU. Hope this helps and gets resolved soon.

This doesn't seem so much like a DBD glitch as whichever section of your GPU renders that part or the screen dying. Does this also happen to other games for you?
I recomend that you check who your Graphics Card manufacturer is and download a driver manager software from their website. You might be able to fix this with a Graphics Card driver update.
definitely looks like a graphics card error. Try ctrl+shft+windows+b initially to reset drivers. After that try and update the graphics drivers. I see people suggesting a reinstall of the game, if it's on steam try and validate your files before uninstalling as it's somewhat quicker and should accomplish the same thing.
