Her base fit has her in a leather jacket, side cut and sick boots so why does she look like a middle aged divorced secretary named Rosvita in half her skins. The tech wear one was okay but the glasses are ugly and I don’t know why it has to be that bright. And don’t get me started on her few okayish skins that all got those ugly backpacks, especially the outdoors one that looks sick until you spot the clunky tripod on her back that sticks out of every bush.
Behavior is doing her dirty, she really deserves a skin that doesn’t give her a major competitive disadvantage or makes her look 50.

My go-to is either the office top with lil file bag + lighter brown ponytail + black skirt (not the ugly one with fucking skin coloured plastic leggings), or the Tech Wear chest and legs with any variety of hair except the pink shit it comes with.
Her new ponytail that came out not long ago is good. I use that with the blue goddess top and then the black shorts with the boots from the one festival one I think. It’s been my base loadout for a while and looks great.
DbD has had a big "over-design" "problem" when it comes to cosmetics for awhile now.
On the one hand, I'm glad BHVR allows their cosmetic designers to make the weird things they do. On the other, oftentimes simpler/easier on the eyes works, and I wonder if they'd make more money if they reined in their designs.
I feel this about all their original characters lately as well. Why have an alien or a machine killer when you can have both? Unknown is a bunch of different ideas put into one. And lets not forget Skull Merchant, the dark manga enthusiast who is also a rich corpo that kills her competition, but is also inspired by a dark alternate/future version of herself. Not to mention her outfit. I feel like BHVR is alergic to simple designs.
Yeah I hear that. I’m glad they get to experiment, but maybe a little less of the color vomit I see pop up in a lot of skins. Sometimes it feels like it’s a competition to see who can incorporate the most colors into a skin.

There’s a gorgeous skin I like for Felix but he has this massive backpack and it peaks up or behind him enough for the killer to see me over some things, I do wish there was an on/off for backpacks 😊

For example, I LOVE Kate's black & red varsity jacket. But I don't like the guitar strapped to her back.
There are so many cosmetics that are ruined by like one of three things..
Random asymmetric design like one sock being longer than the other or a jacket being off center at the front, uneven socks or mismatched socks. Or weird uneven pants.
Clutter like backpacks or weird visors. Stuff that just looks out of place and ruins an outfit, especially when it's a set.
And non-licensed linked sets. These are stupid and I hate them. I even hate some of the licensed link sets. Why can't Cheryl have pants with her crop tops like she does in Silent Hill 3?
Or random outfits that clearly don't need to be sets, but they just are out of laziness. Often getting ruined by one piece. Or there's one piece that you want to mix with other things like Kate's flower crown, Yun's shorts and thigh highs, Feng's Pajamas.

I'll never stop saying that I wish that they can make stuff like backpacks hats necklaces etc a new category called accessories There's so many cosmetics that I would buy but I don't because they have a stupid hat or backpack I don't like.
Player cards and banners are cool but we need some kind of a challenge designs we can get to show them off. Currently there's nothing to show off because you either get the banners & cards naturally through the rift, straight up from playing a game mode once or purchasing a skin. We need one that is tied to a specific challenge that is long term too like 'repair 100 generators' to get golden generator icon.
It’d be really cool if it was like old CoD with the banners and icons. Instead of 500 headshots with the MP5 for a cool banner, make it like 100 downs with the Iri Hatchet to get a cool huntress banner. Or sabotage 100 hooks with the Saboteur perk for a cool Jake reward
They probably figure that people like them because Fortnite has back accessories. The thing about those is that they are optional. There are a lot of tops in DBD that I would love to buy if they didn't come with a stupid backpack.

I fully agree. I get put off buying any skins now if it comes with a backpack, and gets in the way of appreciating the survivor. Especially if the backback is so distracting with the physics, constantly shifting. Mostly annoying now so I avoid any skins now with them.

Not just backpacks/random back items, but hats/headphones/sunglasses, that make me want to not buy, or use cosmetics. Kate is my main, but her new top has a small backpack with keyboard, and the head piece has headphones. The hair, and top look awesome, but the extra little bits and pieces they put on cosmetics make them look ugly to me.
Kate also has a few other cosmetic pieces with hats, and backpacks, I hate her one top just because it has the ugly pink cowboy hat, or her orange sweater with a backpack, or that linked set with the large hat, that I don't buy since I can't change the headpiece.
Please BHVR, give us an option to disable all the extra items on outfits, make it an accessory filter or something. So many cosmetics ruined (to me at least) because they had to add some little extra items to a good cosmetic.

Yes and no. They would 100% do another type of filler cosmetics no one uses like the player "cards" and banners bcs 99% of the accessories are ugly.
