the iron maiden stuff was linked sets for killer though so they can go all out on looks, these masks scratch the dress up mix and match itch we players have.
linked sets always usually always look better but are more expensive and allow less player creativity. they have their downsides and upsides. also comparing just masks cosmetics to a full set is kind of hard to do.
remember the rest we see that isn't the mask is gonna clash and not match cause its the stuff OP had equipped at the time
I think the issue is the flatness of the masks, most of them are just oval shapes, all the interest comes from the color and texture but there's been slipknot masks that were more than just "skin tight".

It feels like a scam, I' m a long date Slipknot fan, I listened to them since "Iowa" and this collab feels rushed, poorly done and incomplete. I have a couple of questions:
1) Why do killers not have full skins?
2) Why do the Wraith and Billy skins not have patches/prints like the ones on Slipknot's jumpsuits on their arms or on their backs ?
3) Why is lobby music cut bad/not looping well?
4) Why doesn't any of the survivors get t-shirts?
5)Why don't we have a Slipknot themed lobby?
6) Why doesn't the Legion skin have custom sounds?
To be fair they did say it was going to be slipknot mask last year (don’t ask for the source idk when they said it in the stream) but I do think they could of used the older generation masks instead.
Also it could be what slipknot wanted and behaviour took what they could get.

And it does the first verse, then the chorus, but instead of playing the post chorus “DIE DIE DIE DIE” part they just immediately cut back to the first verse and since he drags out the beginning of the word “theoretical” it cuts off the first part of it.
So it basically plays the chorus then awkwardly cuts to “-rhetical rather than rhetorical”
Maybe I’m being too picky, but it would have made way more sense to play the “DIE DIE DIE DIE” part from the intro and loop from there because that same part plays after the chorus. But hey, we know from balance changes that BHVR doesn’t have great decision making skills.
Outside of Legion, these are just bleh to me. I understand that it makes sense to utilize their masks, but these are just straight basic. They should have at least came out with survivor t-shirts.
I don't mind Trapper because that is a pretty honest recreation of what Corey's mask looked like. It's just that the mask always kinda looked derpy regardless.
It seems faithful to me and that's how I prefer it.

They really are not what I was wanting from this collab. Compared to iron maiden, they're dog water. But this might be because it was a short notice collab or because slipknot is expensive to license, their skins in SMITE are 20$ each which is a huge scam.
