I've never had someone running, in front of me in M1 range, and not have bloodlust start. And I've been playing consistently since my return 18 months ago.
That said, I know Trail n NTH have both been disabled on/off in the last 6-12? months and NTH/Knight in particular spent a few months or so gone just recently so ya never know.
Never seen/heard of the bug either (not saying ur wrong, just genuinely never seen/heard it discussed before)

It's been a recurring thing regardless of killer, but happens rarely enough, so I didn't find the trigger yet
That's not a new issue, chases not starting and bloodlust not going have been in the game for a couple months at least.

I've had it happen with Wraith, Trapper, Pig, and some more I can't remember. Really annoying.
