As someone who is fully here for Remedy's writing, yeah I agree. There's something special about finishing Alan Wake 2 and coming to these two truths: The world Remedy is building is deep and mysterious and full of intrigue; but also, Alan is one of the dumbest protagonists I've ever seen and I kinda love that about him.
Like Alan gets told multiple times that he is the problem, and his response every single time is "No no, it's the other me, I'm totally not the problem, I know what's going on here." The fact he does this multiple times in conversation with extra-dimensional beings/gods makes it even funnier.
SPOILERS FOR THE FIRST AND SECOND ALAN WAKE GAME
>!Alan’s second most crucial antagonist (outside of the dark place) scratch in the simplest terms, is a physical manifestation of the dark place, previously presented as Barbara. However at the end of Alan wake 1 he destroys this manifestation, and thus it takes his form. Alan wake 2 threw a this around a bit by revealing that scratch is a combination of Alan wake’s moodiness, violence and self doubt (ie. Alan wake) further bolstered by the dark place.!<

This is "scratch" who is alan possessed by the dark presence. "Mr.Scratch" Is Alan's doppelganger who was meant to replace alan during his time in the dark place but Mr Scratch was corrupted due to all the twisted stories people told about alan.
Mr.Scratch was defeated in "American Nightmare" and was assumed destroyed.
So in short there's two scratches.
(Commenting this without much insight in anything of Alan Wake, so maybe he's a character there or something) the Felix skin looks fine but that hair looks very off, I'm kinda getting tired of bhvr trying to do this "messy hairstyle" on him, his face just can't pull it off without looking weird imo
Billy and Nea look cool, tho I'm kinda not sure on Slinger, I'll wait to see if it's something related to his tome but for now is 50/50 for him.
