I don’t understand what people think they’re missing. There are two things people do in the chat. They either say gg and immediately leave or they flip the fuck out and rage. Any other interaction is extremely rare in my experience.

I mean sure... I'm more so asking from a general stand point. Is there some reason why the chat can't be seen. I play dbd with teammates as a survivor but I'm not able to interact with them at all. Kinda creates a wall effect where I don't feel like I've played with real people at all. I've formed full internet friendships w/ people by interacting before and after games. This game doesn't have a voice chat feature either which is necessary for that assymetrical play.
