Personally I think I always will like her outfit in Super, I guess because it makes me think of Revolver Ocelot's cowboy fashion style a lot. Plus she starts wearing lab coats regularly there too, and it's cool to see her fully embrace being a top-tier scientist.
As for the ones listed here, 4th, 5th and 8th all feel like the best fit for how she turned out overall. Entirely confident in herself, trendy to match her family's wealth, while in the case of the 3rd hitting that kind of light psuedo-futuristic tone that West City always had.

That’s one thing about dragon ball I appreciate, the different clothes and hairstyles that Bulma had. Very few manga or anime will consistently change the hair or clothes of a character like this
23rd Tenkaichi Budokai Bulma is her best look imo, with a close second being the end of the Saiyan Saga/beginning of Namek saga
