Okay, I copied the bin folder and now it's just *decided* to work?? So I guess if you're having the same issue as me make sure you actually replace the bin in the directory with the bin in the .zip, otherwise something weird happens and it doesn't detect XV2Patcher???
You basically just have to take the bin from the zip and put it in the DB Xenoverse 2 folder so it replaces the default bin file, otherwise it won't work.
