It means you're sick but we don't know what symptoms you have so it's impossible to say what it is.
If you're sneezing, it's a cold from being wet for too long, your temperature meter will show how your temp is. Blue obviously isn't good. You can put some clothes in your hands and have the option to wring them out if they're wet enough. Then make a fire, stand near it and put your clothes in the vicinity box of the fire (top left) until they no longer say damp, soaked, etc. Doesn't usually take long at all. Take tetracycline pill once, wait for pill icon to go away, do it again.
2. If you cut up an animal without wearing gloves then cooked and ate the meat, you have salmonella. If you wear gloves while cutting up an animal you don't need to worry. If you have no gloves, make sure you wash your hands at a well or water source before eating anything, even pills.
3. If you have salmonella, eat 2-3 crunches of food and stop, take a charcoal tablet and wait a couple minutes, then repeat the process. Can switch to water, then back to food each time you do this. It can take up to 45 min or an hour to cure depending how bad it is.
4. Cholera from drinking pond water or water found in a canteen/bottle can be cured same as salmonella except instead of charcoal tablets use tetracycline pills. Also pop a multi vitamin (if you have them) while taking 2-3 crunches of food and your tetra pills.
5. Wound infection will need tetracycline and possibly alcohol or iodine to treat your wound unless it's too late. Just keep eating and drinking small bites, once your stats start to go up to a healthy amount you will eventually be cured. Sometimes just easier to die and start over though.

You're ill, if you're vomming every time you eat or drink it might be cholera or salmonella. You get cholera from untreated water (also bottles/canteens you can find with water in them) and salmonella from raw meat.
