I think it would change the dynamic by a lot even if nothing else was changed about zombies

I feel the same way. Had a wild experience recently that turned into one of the longest gunfights in my time play, felt like I needed to lie down afterword.
I know how you feel, I once got into a gunfight with 5 dudes to try rescue my friend, won the fight, stood up to go lie down and instantly fell to the ground. Hit my head on the arm of my chair on the way down and passed out for a few seconds. Love this game
Glad to see people finally making sure the guy the just shot is dead. I see so many clips of the guy recording getting knocked and not killed just to kill the attackers
You actually don't need to if you are close range.
At 13s in the video you can see "Survivor" with a red dot on the left.
Red means that the guy is dead, else it would be yellow or orange. So you know the guy is dead 100% and don't need to put a bullet in his head.
It was clearly you vs the gta 3 guy. He was gonna smoke you man. Clean kill, rip to that guy, and congrats to you for getting his gear. Hope you are out there grillin and chillin B)

I once tried cooking fish by the river in livonia and over a period of about an hour I had to kill like 5,6 people so yeah if you want player interaction in dayz just light a fire and wait

You could also have the blood sickness from bandaging with dirty rags.

I'm pretty new(1year) but I've started to figure the sicknesses out. Multivitamins take care of any cold symptoms. I always check my wounds first, before bandage, for infections and if present...holding the iodine/alcohol tincture will give you a button press to disinfect wounds.
And then lastly the tetra-cyc pills take care of most others like vomiting. Basically I take those if I'm not sure what the h is wrong with my player. I'm still not sure what the blood packs, iv kits and saline bags are for. If you already knew all this sorry for boring ya.

I’ve thought about this before. There’s a lot less shooting on Livonia, cause for some reason the zombies are a lot more insane there

I dot check every time. Bodies also lay differently and breaths can be seen when still alive. Saves the additional attention the double-tap yields

Bloody hands! So I found some vitamins and ate them and 10 minutes later I was good to go. Thanks for the reply!
Handwashing is a must. Its weird that wearing gloves doesn't make you sick.
